It opens like the French door, and the water flows out quickly. The ice maker is in the freezer section on a bottom shelf, which is really convenient, and it comes with a scoop. The best part is that the rest of the shelf is still usable for other frozen items. The freezer has plenty of space, and the shelf slides in smoothly. The exterior is a sleek silver finish with a darker tone, giving it a sophisticated look. Overall, I'm really happy with this fridge's design and functionality.

I like this fridge. I have had it for nearly three weeks. Others have stated some of the same issues I have: it makes ice VERY slowly, but the ice itself is fine (and in the freezer instead of the fridge like the older models). The doors do get dirty with fingerprints, but so does ANY stainless steel appliance. Just have some stainless steel cleaner handy if it bothers you. One issue I had was that the water pitcher stopped filling on autofill (but the dispenser still worked as did the ice machine). It may have been some sort of bubble in the line, but I am having it checked out. So, if you encounter that issue, check that your water line isn't kinked. Because it already had a problem with the pitcher filling, I can't give it a 5* review. Overall, a decent fridge and better than our previous Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke fridge for a a few days now and I really like it. The inside is super spacious and the lighting makes it easy to see everything, even in the back. The shelves are adjustable which makes organizing pretty simple, and the beverage center is a nice touch for quick drinks. One of the main reasons I went with this fridge is because you can swap out the exterior panels. It first came with a stainless steel finish, which looked good, but I wanted something that matched my stove. I switched to the white glass panels to match the rest of my kitchen. It’s nice knowing if I ever want a different style later on I can just switch the panels instead of buying a whole new fridge. It runs very quiet, the freezer drawers slide easy and the crisper does keep fruits and veggies fresher longer. I also like the built-in water pitcher that fills up on its own, it simplifies my life when it comes to filling up the coffee machine water tank or even take it directly to the table when I have visitors and need to fill multiple glasses. Another thing that’s great is I can control everything through the SmartThings app, like checking temps or adjusting settings right from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this Samsung refrigerator. It looks so much more sleek and modern without the handles. It really gives it an upgraded look. There is so much space and different ways you can customize the shelves. the second shelf can actually be pushed in, so that there is more space to add taller items. That was one of my concerns; that there wasn’t enough space for the taller items that needed storing. The adjustable shelves definitely helped a lot. I love the deep drawers, I can fit all of my fruits and veggies in them. The beverage center is pretty cool. It would be great if there is eventually a glass pitcher available. We are trying to get rid of plastics, so this probably will not be getting any use, but I’m sure is a great bonus to many. The middle drawer is perfect to put smaller items. We use them to stock up on yogurts. It’s easy to get to and looks organized and neat. The freezer has 2 sections. It’s easy to push the top drawer to get to the bottom and has more than enough storage space. I wish there were more ice settings to change the size, but it is still functional and works well.

ONE OF THE AREAS THAT I TRULY WISH WERE BETTER IS IN REGARDS TO THE ICE. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE ABILITY FOR SMALLER ICE CUBES IF I SO PLEASE. I LIKE THAT THE ICE IS IN THE FREEZER AND I DON'T LOSE SPACE IN THE FRIDGE, BUT WISH I HAD A SMALLER ICE OPTION. THE TOP SHELF IN THE FRIDGE IS ONE LONG SHELF AND DOESN'T HELP WITH CUSTOMIZATION IF THE FRIDGE IN THE INSIDE. LASTLY, THE EXTERIOR GETS FINGER PRINTS EASILY. THINGS THAT I LOVE ABOUT THE FRIDGE ARE HOW SLEEK AND BEAUTIFUL THE FRIDGE IS! I LOOKS GREAT! I ABSOLUTELY LIVE THE BEVERAGE CENTER AND THE AUTO FILLING PITCHER! I LOVE THAT I CAN ADD FRUITS OR VEGGIES TO IT TO ADD A BUT IF FLAVOR TO THE WATER. A COUPLE OF TWEAKS AND THIS FRIDGE WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! GREAT MID-RANGE OPTION THOUGH.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous fridge stopped cooling so I picked up a Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center and FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel. (Wow, what a name.) My previous fridge was also a Samsung and I specifically sought out one with the same layout as I really appreciated the FlexZone drawer for storing drinks. When I compare this refrigerator with my previous, there are obvious improvements that Samsung has made over the years. Probably the one main problem of the previous generation refrigerators is the water and ice dispenser located outside. While this feature is purely for convenience, this lead to significant problems for many people. The design itself was the problem and not a brand-specific issue. Now, the water dispenser is not only located inside the fridge itself, but Samsung also provides a pitcher that automatically refills - very convenient. Additionally, the ice tray was moved into the freezer where it should have always been. With these changes, the fridge should hopefully last much longer than previous generations. The design of the fridge follows Samsung's bespoke design and is very clean and minimalistic without any handles. This takes a bit of time to get use to, but not a major complaint overall. One thing I noticed is the FlexZone drawer is smaller than my previous fridge but not a deal breaker as I really only keep drinks there. However, I believe refrigerator space is a tad bit larger in exchange so not entirely a bad thing. Overall, I'm very happy with the refrigerator and hope it will last a long time!

The compartments are great to organize all our veggies in. Very roomy to put our stuff for the family. My kids love water so the beverage center is a hit because they have a nice cold pitcher of water whenever they are thirsty. I love how easy it to just put the pitcher and the pitcher refills itself. Also the ice is great for our drinks I. The house for hot days. I like munching on the ice nuggets so it's great to have that. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade. It's not too flashy, but definitely stylish.

It's spacious and provides ample room for groceries, making it great to accommodate lots of groceries. The flexible storage options, like the adjustable shelves and drawers, add convenience for organizing different types of food/condiments. I was impressed by how quietly it runs, and also a beeping sound that indicated the refrigerator is not fully closed. One downside is that the fingerprint-resistant finish doesn't completely prevent smudges, so it still needs regular wiping. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator combines modern style with solid performance, making it a standout choice for a premium kitchen upgrade.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center, and so far we love everything about it! The only issue I have so far is the doors show fingerprints, but that is a minor thing for us. The positives far outweigh the negative. What we love: 1. Space: tons and tons of space for food 2. Beverage Center: from the always full water pitcher with infuser, to the water dispenser - a cold drink is never far! 3. Cooling Performance: the fridge maintains the desired temp very well and the fridge itself is VERY quiet! Which we love!!! 4. Handleless doors: the front of the fridge is very sleek and modern looking with the hidden door handles. 5. The middle drawer: love the fact that you can have the drawer in the middle change temps depending on what you need it for. I can see this feature being used a ton in the future! What we do not love: 1. The tendency of fingerprints to show up on the doors: However, if you open the door with the hidden handles - fingerprints will never be an issue! If you are in the market for a new fridge, you should absolutley take a look at this Samsung model. We are very happy with our purchase!

I feel like you can see everything you have so nothing goes to waste. The delivery and set up was flawless thanks to the delivery team. The extra small drawer in the middle is a nice addition for cheese/lunch meats. I LOVE the built in pitcher for water.
