[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this refrigerator and so far it's been pretty good. Our only issue has been the lack of space for for tall items inside where the shelf adjusts to a 1/2 shelf. It is nice but there are items that cannot be in the door. Also sold as counter-depth but it sticks out as much as are other that was not counter-depth. Otherwise it's been great.

It has so many great features life the self filling pitcher, and an internal camera to see who stole your leftovers. It also alerts you when the door is open and the filter needs to be replaced. It’s spacious and has so many compartments. I love it!

We use the apps that are in there while cooking, cleaning etc. Its keeps temp where we want it and ne er fails. We satisfied with all our Samsung products because the software is consistent whether is the appliances or our tech devices. Not to mention, it's always a topic of conversation when we have people over because it looks amazing and stands out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using for a couple months now. It is spacious. We like the auto refill for the water pitcher located on the door. This leaves more space for food items. We also like the easy accessibility to the inside shelf on the door. The self open doors are a wasted feature. We like the ice cube selection. I am not fond of the lid that covers the ice cube bins. This lid does not slide well. I do like the double freezer drawers. I place frequently used items on the top drawer. I am still deciding on the top front doors which are glass. I really like the interface. The feature that tracks what you take out and put in the fridge to me is annoying. My calendar syncs with my phone a very nice feature. I like the separate compartment with the temperature control for each. I do not like that the crisper drawers do not have a separate temperature control. There is more shelf space makes it easier to get to items in the fridge. The overall look fits with my other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice and has good storage space. However many of the features seem to work slowly or almost not. Bixby voice response is slow. The tap to sync feature does not work. I tapped numerous Samsung phones to the refrigerator and it still didn't sync. Also the ice maker is very slow. It has not filled up yet and it's been almost 24 hours. The refrigerator does look very nice.

In no time the cooling was kicking in allowing me to move items from my old refrigerator into the current refrigerator. Samsung consistently exceeds my expectations. I like the accessibility of the shelves and how I can adjust them if needed. I like being able to be organized having that fourth drawer that can be a refrigerator or freezer type option. The consistency of the products is what keeps me coming back.

Much neater appearance without it on the exterior. The autofill pitcher with fruit diffuser is awesome. I also like the ice make much better than I did. A major upgrade from the previous Family Hub models with the exterior dispenser. Many cool features, and the tablet is noticeably larger with some added features. Hoping it has the longevity equal to the best in the Industry.
