The Samsung AI Laundry Combo has transformed the way I do laundry and it's innovative features have made it more efficient. I love the AI sensors that automatically adjust the water and detergent level to the load. The Smartthings app gives allows me to check on and control the machine without running up and down the basement stairs to actually check on the load. The all in one machine is great for small places. THis machine has made a huge difference and has made me enjoy doing laundry instead of dreading it.

Let me start at the beginning: a nice, stylish, well designed machine arrives at my door step and gets set in place in lieu of my 2 other old but reliable machines of 10 plus years. I look at my new laundry space and notice how much more space I just gained by the idea that it's a combo. To add to the fun, I plug it in and a nice looking digital screen greets me with a well executed step by step instructions guide on how to set up the unit plus features and QR code to install the smart things app to link the machine to the phone appears. As my house has a lot of Samsung Smart devices, this machine quickly found a home here. Connected flawlessly to my network already setup and ready to go via smart things that was well established on my phone. Once the setup process was completed, the machine has a simple to use interface that allows for selection of variety of features such as AI wash and dry which auto selects pretty much for you the entire wash and dry cycle depending on the item and soil level. Love love love this feature as it simply became my go to feature now. Just set and forget it. Some time later, the clothes are perfectly washed and dry. No mess, and no need to switch over which I must say is something to get used to. Breaking that habit of having to constantly switch over from washer to dryer is a chore that I hated especially while taking care of a house with 4 children (boys). There are other features such as steam wash, bubble soak, speed cycle, etc. I tried almost all with different variations of clothes, blankets, and towels and the items came out soft, fresh, and fully washed and dried as expected. Some cycles do take a long time however but I tend to do my laundry at night so it doesn't bother me especially when there's no need to swap from washer to dryer. The bottom of the machine also has 2 containers for detergent, softener, or hybrid where you can alternate 2 different types of detergent. Each configurable to the cycle you select. What else could I possibly want in a washing machine. I love that you fill it up and the machine will select how much it needs and dispense accordingly. The right amount every time and I don't need to pour or add for a new load. It has a sensor of how much is left in each bin and notifies me when low through the touchscreen and the app. Truly remarkable. Also, the lint filter clean out couldn't be easier, slide it out right at a convenient height, slide it, and the lint rolls up. All built in to the filter. No mess, easy to use and absolutely phenomenal. This machine has changed the way we do laundry forever and has provided us more family time instead of more chore time. Excellent quality product from a brand we already love very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There have been few electronics that I have purchased and have failed to find a couple of flaws.... I have met my match. Samsung has hit it out of the park with this washer/dryer combo. I originally had the older combo technology that utilizes steam to dry your clothes. You would put dirty clothes in, and 5 to 6 hours later, clean clothes would come out completely dry and ready to be folded. I thought that this was the trade-off I'd have to make in order to provide myself with that convenience. FALSE. The Samsung engineers have given me what I've been searching for, a washer that does a really good job at washing, and then puts it into a dry cycle with vented heating. I have yet to encounter a cycle that takes more than 3 hours to complete on this new machine! I could go on and on about the things that I love, but the one feature that takes the cake are the liquid dispensers. The machine will measure the weight of the clothes within the drum, and then automatically dispense from the large liquid containers the appropriate amount of detergent and softener. If there is a single flaw I can find, it's around the cycle modes. I hope that in the future Samsung will provide us with the option to customize the current cycles or create custom ones of our own and save them permanently into the memory. But for now, I have found the necessary cycles to use through their suggested modes you can download from online. My husband is very grateful that we have gone down from using convoluted combinations to a simple AI wash for everything, perm press for delicates, and steam-sanitized for bedding and towels. Everything about the machine makes sense, and I genuinely do not have an inkling of buyers remorse. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. My husband approves, which is a 1 in 10 chance!

I will start off with the cons the product tho it’s 2 in one it is big and bulky, forget about moving it around. This product is super heavy. It pauses to “cool down” for a while. Clothes dryer needs to be adjusted to “more” to get clothes very dry. The pros of this product it is super quiet when washing and drying. The ultra capacity is nice for busy households. The capacity is great can fit more clothes than previous washer. I love the convenience of the washer/dryer duo saves time for busy on the go people. The lint catcher is very easy to clean has claws that catches lint. Modern looking and stylish. Lots of different options of cycles. The touch screen works very well and accurate. After cycle door opens up on its own. I would recommend this product to others. I love its a two in one so no moving clothes to dryer, saves me time. Clothes smell and feel so clean after wash/dry.

I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I’ve had the washer since January and over all I love it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It’s had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that’s because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it’s fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it’s clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can’t figure that out tbh. But that’s probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it’s sturdy for years to come.

I just had this model installed in my home and it was one of the easier appliance installs I have experienced this year. Once the delivery team finished install then initated first wash/dry cycle the Bespoke ran like a dream. I had to go back down stairs to ensure tbe machine was still running due to the lack of noise. The unit is also a quaint 44 inches so it relatively fits in any laundry space paired that with it's sleek color design this model is a great edition to any household.

We normally wash 3 loads of laundry per week but have to spend all day just doing laundry. With this new combo I can put in my laundry and set it to wash at midnight and I wake up with clean laundry ready and I can put in my second load and run errands and it’s clean. All detergent and softener are set in the machine so I don’t need to reload every time. I definitely love this machine. It saves time and money with putting just the right amount of detergent every load. It saves on water too. I will definitely recommend to everyone friend and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my husband bought this combo unit as my experience with previous combo units in rental homes was that they take forever to do a load and the drying was especially terrible. Samsung blew my mind in both these aspects as our combined washer/dryer run only took an hour and a half and came out fully dry. I wish the capacity was larger but this machine is already gigantic so I can appreciate the limitation. I have this on the second floor next to my gym and the kids rooms. I alternate between throwing in gym clothes/towels and the kids laundry and revel in the ability to leave it and forget it, instead of having to come back after the wash cycle to then transfer to a dryer and start the process over. The one stop shop has been an essential luxury to have. I also enjoy having my fully connected home be able to keep me updated on the wash/dry cycles and when Im cooking in the kitchen or watching tv for my other samsung products to be able to notify me when the laundry has completed. What an incredible age of technology we live in! I also like that I can adjust the dry cycle duration as it is quite difficult to fully dry bed sheets/comforters because they always get balled up. The AI component of detecting soil/dryness is in early technology and I expect it to improve with use and time. The auto open door is such a simple yet genius idea to ensure that clothes are able to dry out and no smells develop if I am unable to unload the laundry in a timely manner. Being able to load the detergent in a reservoir for multiple 40+ load uses allows me to keep clutter of laundry detergent bottles hidden and away from the laundry room aesthetic. The new lint removal system is super simple and makes that process even easier without having to hand pick out pieces of lint. I have a normal separate set of laundry washer dryer in the actual laundry room on the first floor that has since become obsolete. Don't hesitate, although its expensive, the technology is worth it and nothing is more important than your time, and this product absolutely saves you more of it to do the things you actually want to do. It also helps that it looks super sleek!

I've always been a fan of Samsung so when I discovered about this Bespoke vented AI Laundry combo machine it quickly became my dream to get one. I finally did it, I got rid of the old 2 machines and replaced it with 1. My laundry room is slowly becoming a dream come true, having this all in one machine allowed me to envision a new laundry room with more space for shelves and baskets and bins haha. As the only woman in the house and the one who stays home with a baby and does laundry for family of 6 (4 boys to be exact) I do a lot of laundry!! However, having a baby my brain sometimes forgets to toss from washer to dryer as I am always occupied with my adorable human being. My husband tends to come home and save the day to toss into the dryer. With this machine, I not only gave him freedom from switching the laundry but also myself. Just toss it in and go about my day. When I am ready laundry is ready and door is open for me to grab the clean clothes or bedding! This has simplified my life so much more. You know what else I really love? It connects to our phone, being a technology guru, I kinda secretly really love this feature! I have tried so many different modes so far from bedding (bulky blankets and bedding sheets), to towels, delicate clothes, small load, AI wash and dry load, normal (with turning off dry mode), to activewear (one can imagine how much activewear is around here hah) to tide pod cold cycle. I also really love the dryer lint is super easy to clean, no more bending to clean on the bottom, it's on top and super easy to clean. In addition, it has reminders on my phone when done as well as every 40 cycles reminds me to clean the machine. There are so many ways to love this machine and use it of course. It's also very quiet and allows my baby to sleep peacefully while the machine is running. Great quality product that should easily last many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the AI Vented Laundry Combo. The #1 thing i like about the combo is that it is a combo! I can pit my clothes in the washer and don't need to worry about having to put the clothes to dry. I would too often forget to move the clothes in the dryer, that I would constantly be re-washing my clothes so they wouldn't smell. I love that i can put my clothes in the washer before I go to bed and they are ready when I wake up on the morning. The touchscreen it's pretty easy to use, but I don't like that the normal cycle doesn't let me choose a different spin cycle or drying temp. I was surprised that the complete time to wash and dry wasn't too long. On average a regular cycle takes about 2.5 hours. The two things I don't like, are if you put in too many clothes, the clothes in the center don't get completely dry so you have to do a second dry cycle, and the power cord is too small. I could not position the washer the way I wanted to because the cord is too short.
