Terrible customer service.  I have waited three separate days and removed the doorway into my house twice waiting for an installation team who never shows up.  Multiple calls to the Sam’s helpdesk have been unproductive.  Their local delivery partner rxi is a disaster.  They have no showed two different delivery dates.  They hauled away my old washer and dryer without getting the new one in place.  Would give zero stars if I could.  Run the other way and find a better place to buy your washing machine. 

I have no idea if the machine itself is good or bad as I’ve been waiting more than a month to have it actually installed…

Terrible delivery- do not buy at Sams club

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ease of use with the machine is top notch, app is useful as well for remote use and notifications. Power use seems low and as advertised. Finishes a was in around 70 minutes so it is as promised as well. Very pleased with the unit.
