[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer dryer combo is really up to mark. It has lot of options to select load type. But only one think that give 3 star is because when it is on pedestal it stops working because of it thinks it is too much vibration. It is because of automation and do it itself .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product, great design. Used it only once so far. Washing performance could be better, not all stains came off. Drying took a little longer than expected. During installation the top panel was dented in several places because the installer stepped on it in order to connect the machine. Obviously that should have been done differently. Quite disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer and dryer When they are running, you cannot hear them. They're very quiet. As always, Samsung has done it again, bringing smart things to my home. It does an excellent job washing and drying, and even notifies me when the load is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 12 year-old Samsung set I previously owned and the upgrade was worth it. I love the black finish and there are more settings/combinations for washing and drying. Very happy I stayed with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung washer and dryer! They clean my clothes exceptionally well, and everything comes out smelling fresh and looking great. The washer is quiet, has plenty of useful settings, and easily handles large loads. The dryer is just as impressive—it dries clothes evenly and quickly without over-drying them. The sleek, modern design looks beautiful in my laundry room, and both machines are easy to use. They have made doing laundry so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend this Samsung washer and dryer set to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality appliances. It has definitely been worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had it installed, and doing our first wash. A little overwhelming at first, especially with the app, but the touchscreen is actually pretty easy to use. Seems high-quality, and we're looking forward to seeing how effective it is. Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our unit for a few weeks now and there is much the we love about it. We love putting a load in And having it automatically dry and finish. This is so helpful for us as a family of six because we can start a load and it will automatically be done in the middle of the night for when kids go to school and they put a load in before they leave. We agree with other reviewers that it might be nice to have a custom wash and custom drive that can run at the same time instead of having to separate them. It is also a very large unit it barely fits in our closet space that was used for washers and dryers and in fact we can't really close the doors that were set up originally.Other bonuses we like are getting notifications on our phone when the cycle is complete and using the laundry detergent bins at the bottom to automatically decide how much detergent to use. Overall we've been very happy having a combo washer and dryer for the functionality that it provides in doing one thing and having it done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with this purchase it's beautiful and slick love the technology so helpful. The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its almost perfect not liking some of the features though.. like door stuck closed issue my laundry is hot ? I dont have time to wait if I need my laundry... Also shipping drum bolt got stuck.. it should come with a cord it doesnt and better installion instructions! It took forever to install 🙄 its also very heavy. Technology is cool though I can watch YouTube from my washer? I didnt expect that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung washer-dryer combo for a little bit now, and it's been a game-changer for my small space. Not only does it save room by combining two appliances into one, but it also simplifies laundry. I love that I only have to fill the detergent reservoir every so often. The machine senses the load size and fabric type, then dispenses just the right amount. No more guesswork or waste. If you're short on space or just want a more streamlined laundry routine, this all-in-one is a high-tech solution.
