[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did my first load of clothes yesterday. I was impressed with how quiet it was and the efficiency. I had read one of the major complaints on the all in one units was dry time. This unit passes with flying colors. I love how easy the controls are to set and how I can load so much detergent and forget about it for weeks. Great unit. Also the space I now have is awesome.

WARNING. This product WILL NOT connect to the internet if your service provider uses Ipv6 or 5g (the current standard). After hours on the phone and video calls with samsung tech support they basically said "oh well, sorry about you luck". No solution, no resolution, I would have been content with not using the smart features and give me a small rebate. It will definitely effect my buying decisions knowing that samsung product is a gamble. Why would they design a device that isn't compatible with current internet protocol? Beats me, but I'm not only disappointed, I'm pretty amazed. Also they told me they don't have a customer service team, so there's that.

Also keep in mind that you will not be able to cyle through clothes as fast by having a load washing as you are drying. This set-up does make it easier for my children to do their own laundry and nothing gets mildew.

I read some of the reviews before buying it; I’m guessing that others have over packed the machine or didn’t reading the instructions properly. It actually dries better than those reviews would make you believe. Yes… it takes a little getting use to as most changes require. Once you do, you’ll wonder why it took so long for the US to get accustomed to this new technology (yeah… I know that it’s not new in other parts of the world.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freaking amazing. With just the two of us now, kids all grown, this is perfect. The capacity is large enough to wash blankets and bedding without a problem and the drying without changing the load over is awesome. I’d say the only drawback is the detergent is loaded at the bottom of the washer. But that’s not huge for me since it will do so many loads, but I can see where that would be difficult for some people, even with a pedestal.

Wash and dry in less than two hours and the clothes came out great. The capacity is equal to my full size washer at home. And it's a good looking machine as well as being very quiet. The connectivity to the cellphone means I always know when a cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product itself, but would love if the door opened towards the right side like a normal front load dryer instead of the left side. I think they should consider making the drum position a lot higher then where positioned currently because it's difficult for tall people to have access and get clothes in and out without feeling like you have to sit down to do it since too low. I like the variety of cycles available and still learning to use.

So far the performance has been great! The dry time is amazing
