I can literally fill this machine & forget about it until I get a notification on my phone that it's all done. My son just found all of the apps & has been watching videos on the machine while folding laundry for me which may be the best part of this machine for me! I've only had this machine for two days so I still have a lot to learn but so far I'm beyond happy with our purchase. I have added Laundry Beads and started using again Fabric Softener. I love the AI component. My question to Samsung would be, what about the dryer sheets? POINT OF REFERENCE: Please be sure that your installer removes all of the shipping bones. ALL IN ALL, I’m happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited and very happy about this washer/dryer combo. I do my laundry almost everyday. My old Samsung washer finally gave up on me and we got this new combo washer. I love how I can control everything on my phone and it has so many options I can choose right on my phone. I can schedule a wash even when I’m not home. I love that the door automatically opens after washing (you can turn this option off if you want). It has a liquid detergent and softener containers that you fill up and the machine will determine how much to use. No need to put it manually. So many great options. Looking forward to many years of use.

If you wash a lot of cotton this product will leave it wrinkled every time. Even with the wrinkle guard setting to keep the dryer running after it's done. Large load, small load, doesn't matter. Wrinkled. To top it all off it doesn't even have a "Steam Refresh" dryer only cycle like some Samsung dryers do so you can't even use that to get wrinkles out.

Love not having to add detergent every wash, but I’m still playing with the concentration settings to get it where I like it. Lent trap is a breeze to clear. Having a little trouble with extra vibration when on spin mode, but I also have it on a pedestal and have heard this is a common issue. Really like it being on the pedestal though and not having to bend over so far along with the extra storage. I think it’s worth it. This vented version is slightly larger than the ventless and does appear to be a bit more imposing especially on a pedestal so this should be kept in mind when purchasing. Overall it’s a good machine and I have been impressed with the wash/dry times which I believe have been less than 2 1/2 hours or sooner. Tip: the high contrast mode is great
