Great for households with pets

I bought this after reading skeptical reviews. It is Awesome!!!!! I love the fact you don't have to flip the laundry!!!! Every load has been perfectly dry on normal settings. If your wondering if they work well, they do!!!!!!!

Don't do it.

I've had my unit a month and it has completely stopped working. Getting them to fix ASAP is a joke! So I have to sit and wait for someone to come out and fix it!
