Great machine, but be cautious when drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer and dryer, but the dryer always is never fully dry so you have to run it again but overall great machine.

Great features but not recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is good but if we load full capacity the washer is moving and it takes longer time to wash and dry for full load capacity around more than 3hours. Cleaning and automation is good.

Hi Ajay, It’s great to know you’re enjoying the cleaning and smart features, and we can see how that can make laundry feel a bit more effort with regular loads. The Laundry Combo can sense your clothes automatically and adjust the settings for you. It uses more time and detergent for dirtier loads, and gentler settings for delicate items. You may find helpful information about the AI Opti Wash & Dry feature on page 59 of your user manual below: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202603/20260331083816418/OID86204_IB_V-PJT_WD8000F-AD_7LCD_EN_CFR_MES_260205.pdf If your unit moves during use, it’s usually due to how the laundry is placed inside, especially with larger items. For best performance, make sure the washer is level and the shipping bolts have been removed.
