We’ve had the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One Combo for just over a year now, and it’s safe to say it’s survived (and conquered) real-life chaos. We’re a loud, busy, animal-raising, kid-chasing family of seven. Between scouts, jujitsu, cadet corps, FFA, and marching band, our laundry isn’t “a little dirty” — it’s a full-contact sport. Add in farm life, three dogs, a cat, and two adults (one who works on motorcycles and one who somehow stays spotless), and you can imagine the laundry mountain we face daily. This machine has handled it all. Mud, grease, pig mess, mystery stains — gone. I load it at night, go to bed, and by morning: clean, dry, fresh clothes. The automatic detergent and softener dispensers are a dream — I refill detergent once a month and softener every six weeks, and it even reminds me when to run its self-clean cycle. The ventless design is genius — no more clogged dryer hoses or lint disasters. After a full year of daily use (often two loads a day), I’ve only had to do one quick five-minute deep clean. The lint filter is easy to access and clean, and it’s surprisingly quiet for all it does. The steam feature is a lifesaver for my husband’s work clothes — most come out ready to hang and wear. I iron far less now, which is its own kind of miracle. We’ve also noticed lower utility bills — less water use and a noticeable drop in our Edison bill since it runs on a standard outlet instead of high voltage. After a year, this machine hasn’t missed a beat. I genuinely wish we’d switched sooner. If we could, we’d replace every appliance in our home with Samsung Bespoke — but with a family of seven, that’ll take some saving up! If you’re on the fence, jump. Drying took a little longer than expected. During installation the top panel was dented in several places because the installer stepped on it in order to connect the machine. Obviously that should have been done differently. Quite disappointing.

Capacity is great and washes great. Drying might take another 20 mins cycle sometimes, but overall I am very content.

The biggest win is not having to remember to transfer wet clothes to the dryer, everything washes and dries in one cycle, which is a game changer for busy days. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and ready to put away most of the time. The only small learning curve has been dialing in the dry settings for heavier loads like towels, which sometimes come out just slightly damp. Once I figure out how to program a longer dry time for those loads, I think it will be perfect. Overall, it’s a sleek, efficient machine and a great solution if you want convenience without sacrificing performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! This machine does it all. From a Tide Pods cycle to delicates and wool. It even has options to wash or dry only. No need to add a dry sheet unless you prefer to use them. The clothes come out completely clean, smelling fresh and for the most part wrinkle free, including larger loads. I've had Samsung washer/dryer's before but the all-in-one take doing laundry to a whole new level. So much quieter and the convenience of not needing to move a wash load to the dryer. There's also fend of cycle to prevent dried clothes from wrinkling via the machine of the Smart Things app. This model has basically the same footprint as my 10 year old washer but half the space. I was able to free up room to add additional storage. And the pedestal drawer is perfect for cleaning product storage and raising the machine to a comfortable height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isnt the greatest. I didnt realize until i started hooking it up. First of all the back is a cluster. The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just love our new Samsung bespoke combo washer / dryer! First load and it sipped 2.4 kw of power. The machine can take a big load and is very quiet on the spin cycle. You can even watch YouTube on it and when the load was done, I was watching TV on my Samsung TV, and it came up and said the wash is finished! The motor has a 20 year warranty, And RXO installed it for us and it came out awesome! We would recommend this to any family.

Wash and dry in less than two hours and the clothes came out great. The capacity is equal to my full size washer at home. And it’s a good looking machine as well as being very quiet. The connectivity to the cellphone means I always know when a cycle is complete.

The black color is modern and timeless. It dries the cloths leaving it fresh. I can clean my king size comforter with not issue.
