[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I are truly grateful for this amazing product. The Bespoke Vented AI Laundry Combo has completely transformed how we do laundry. One of the best features is that we no longer have to remember to add detergent or softener no more accidental overspills or forgetting to refill. It handles everything automatically. All we have to do is toss in our dirty laundry, select a wash mode, and get back to our daily lives. Once the cycle is complete and the clothes are dry, the machine even opens up on its own! With our busy schedules, there were so many times when we’d forget to move a load from the washer to the dryer, only to end up rewashing. That’s no longer a problem. This combo unit takes care of the entire process seamlessly. The AI features are impressive, especially the steam options, which leave clothes feeling fresh and wrinkle-free. It’s also incredibly quiet no more loud rattling or “dancing” across the floor while drying. The weight of the unit makes sense now; it’s built solid and runs so smoothly. Overall, this is a great product and a smart buy. If you want convenience, efficiency, and peace of mind when it comes to doing laundry, the Bespoke AI Combo is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace 20+ year old washer and dryer which were also front loading. As I was used to the operation of the older units, these were pretty much the same with a few added features so it was intuitive and no learning curve. I may check out the special features at some point but right now all I needed was the basic washing and drying features. I am very pleased with the overall operation and they seemed to be much more sleek and efficient. There is a feature that connects it to my phone but do not see me trying to operate it remotely. Yes, I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with my purchase. My clothes are cleaner, I don't have to remember to move from washer to dryer, and drying is sufficient after a small adjustment to dryness level. The level of customization to wash/dry cycles is very useful. Deliver was timely and the driver was very friendly and helpful. He had things set up in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one combo is a god send for those of us that get up early and get home late. We through the horse riding clothes and the days laundry in when we get home and by morning we have clean clothes to put on again for the next day. It prevents us from having to stay up later to switch the load over to the dryer and we can put the next load in before we leave the next morning... the combo works excellent and the AI modes for stains hasnt let us down. If you lack sleep or time. This is a great appliance to add to your laundry routine... real game changer.

If you wash a lot of cotton this product will leave it wrinkled every time. Even with the wrinkle guard setting to keep the dryer running after it's done. Large load, small load, doesn't matter. Wrinkled. To top it all off it doesn't even have a "Steam Refresh" dryer only cycle like some Samsung dryers do so you can't even use that to get wrinkles out.

Fast, easy to use, quiet, I love it. Drys very well.

Design and Capacity , as well as the Mill computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Samsung for years now, and this one by far is my favorite. The navy blue on this product leaves a spectacular look. And the washer fills up more water than any other wash I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product so far. As advertised. Slow startup for the screen. Some of the screen features are a bit excessive for a washer/dryer. Fairly quiet.

All my life I have wanted one of these and finally I’m able to afford one!! Thank you so much Samsung for making suck great appliances at such great prices to.
