[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has been very reliable, and seems to clean clothes well. A variety of modes are offered for different laundry types, and the little song it plays when it's done is pretty funny. Also love the color of this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gone are the days of needing to rewash a load because I never transferred the load to the dryer. The Samsung AI Laundry Combo has transformed the way I do laundry and it's innovative features have made it more efficient. I love the AI sensors that automatically adjust the water and detergent level to the load. The Smartthings app gives allows me to check on and control the machine without running up and down the basement stairs to actually check on the load. The all in one machine is great for small places. THis machine has made a huge difference and has made me enjoy doing laundry instead of dreading it.

I love this Vented Washer/ dryer combo! I am the only person in my household so it works really great with my crazy schedule. Put it in and don't have to worry until its done. I do tend to have to start the dryer again for a little bit so I wish there was a way to adjust setting a little more and maybe there is and I just don't know. I do feel like my clothes wrinkle way quicker then before though, not sure if there is a fix for that. But all in all I really do love it. I also got the pedestal and that makes things so nicer because I am tall so it brings it up to my level! LOL. it is also very quiet, when the washer does its spin cycle, it does feel like it shakes a lot, which I am not sure if it seems so drastic because its on the pedestal or what. But I do love it, I don't know that it would work well for a big family though. you'd almost need two. lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m extremely happy with this product. The design feels modern and sleek, and it performs even better than expected. It runs smoothly, is very user-friendly, and the quality really stands out compared to other brands I’ve tried. Definitely worth the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The product is a great idea to have a combo with vented feature so that I can use the best of both the worlds - vented and combo, and save space for extra storage when only one unit is enough. I look forward to using it with all its AI features especially when one need not move washed clothes into another unit for drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran my first medium load of colors. Panel is great. Clean and easy to use. It was nice not having to transfer clothing. However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, my husband suggested this vented combo unit for our small laundry room and I am happy we decided to purchase it. The first load we tested was a combination of towels and a comforter. The unit was quiet when running and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the items were dry at the the end of the cycle. Our old dryer required multiple dry cycles achieve this result. We are impressed!

This is the future! Finally a vented combo!! The performance is just amazing. Thank you Samsung for listening to us and releasing the best washing machine in the world and its made in the USA. Washed everything in the BEast-spoke washer and it handled it like a beast! I already done one update so I hope they keep adding new features. I really love to be able to have more custom controls through SmartThings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far pretty good unit. I've only ran a couple cycles. One thing I dont care for is the safety feature that won't allow me to open the door while drying. If you try to open the door it will give you a warning that its hot and will keep it locked for several minutes while it cools down. I think I can handle opening the dryer on my own samsung. This is an inconvenience if you want to throw something in or grab something out in a hurry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the all in one feature. Having four children, we do a lot of laundry, but being able to run the cycle and have clean and dryer clothes waiting has saved many times of needing to rerun a washer for having it sit too long.
