I just had this model installed in my home and it was one of the easier appliance installs I have experienced this year. Once the delivery team finished install then initated first wash/dry cycle the Bespoke ran like a dream. I had to go back down stairs to ensure tbe machine was still running due to the lack of noise. The unit is also a quaint 44 inches so it relatively fits in any laundry space paired that with it's sleek color design this model is a great edition to any household.

I have added Laundry Beads and started using again Fabric Softener. I love the AI component. My question to Samsung would be, what about the dryer sheets? POINT OF REFERENCE: Please be sure that your installer removes all of the shipping bones. ALL IN ALL, I’m happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very quiet compared to any other washer or dryer I have ever had. It has a large footprint for 1 machine but still smaller than the washer and dryer separately. So far have not had any issues. Everything runs off the computer screen, so that could be a problem if something happens to that but hoping they have created something that has a long life since the price is what a washer and dryer would cost separately.

It gets the job done faster than I was expecting - huge time saver when you don’t need to move the laundry to the dryer! But the clothes are damp sometimes so you have to figure out the cycles. Also need to use the pre-dry option if you want to use drying sheets and insert them manually between wash and dry cycles. Keep in mind it is a very heavy machine so once you put in the place you won’t be able to move it easily. I love the integration with SmartThings app - it notifies you when the cycle ended and even shows you the energy and water usage per cycle! So far I am very satisfied with this all-in-one experience and I don’t think I’m coming back to a separate washing and drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Combo Washer and Dryer is a great addition to my household chores. The Smart Things app makes it easy to select the settings. The normal cycle washed and dried my clothes in 130 minutes and the load was dry. I like that I do not have to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer and there is a delayed option to stop the machine in between washing and drying, which allows to add a dryer sheet and also remove some items I would rather hang dry. My favorite feature is the drawer for detergent and softener. No more eyeballing the correct amount. The filter seems fairly easy to keep clean. The capacity is big and sufficient for large loads. I am very impressed by how easy it is to complete a load of laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my washer and dryer set. I like that it is front load. The main qualification that caught my attention was the "quick load." I love that if I need something in a hurry, I am able to wash it under 30 minutes and dry under 30 minutes.

It even tells me when it's done washing and gives me time to add dryer balls. It will even dispense the amount of soap or fabric softener automatically; or none at all. User friendly. I am using it now and trying new things; I can't imagine what I will be able to do after I read the instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my washer/dryer machine. I also love that it will se d a notification to my phone a d pc when it finishes a cycle. I also just on .a hone in my utility room versus two. I an use the extra space for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer came as advertised. Looks sleek, sharp and has all of the bells and whistles you would expect from a Samsung product. They are quiet, efficient and the WiFi feature is next level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke Washer Dryer Combo for a while now, and it’s honestly been a game changer in my laundry routine. Not only does it look sleek and modern with its customizable design, but it also performs incredibly well—clothes come out clean, fresh, and nearly dry, saving time and energy. I love how quiet it is, even during the spin cycle, and the smart features like remote start and cycle notifications make it so convenient. It’s compact but surprisingly spacious inside, and having both washer and dryer in one unit is perfect for my space. Definitely worth the investment!
