[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is all that I needed. I love the fact that I don't have to keep adding detergent before every wash due to the built in detergent storage and dispenser. All I need in my life is one more of these lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the system works well. Would be five stars based on convenience, space saving and advanced features. However, some drying times have taken longer than usual and have had damp clothes after drying on more than one occasion. Clothes also seem to be more wrinkly than with previous system.

I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I’ve had the washer since January and over all I love it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It’s had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that’s because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it’s fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it’s clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can’t figure that out tbh. But that’s probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it’s sturdy for years to come.

Lots of options to get clothes really clean. Great delicate cycles. AI features are beyond terrible. AI never knows the dryer setting. 2 or 3 month learning curve to figure out how to override AI settings by changing things on the app and pushing the display in the correct places and waiting for the delay for settings to change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wondered if this was possible, never knowing it had been done until my husband told me there’s a washer/dryer combo! He washed the first load and was so excited for the wash cycle to end so he could show drying was next. When it was over he shared it was perfect baby. It kept the clothes at a warm temp so they would have no wrinkles! Easy set up, talks to you and has an app so we don’t have to go up and down the stairs to check if the cycle has ended! I can’t wait for my turn to wash😀

The ability to wash and dry in one machine without having to add laundry detergent and fabric softener until the levels are low. I like getting notifications on my phone to let me know to add dryer sheets or when the load is completely done. The self cleaning (just pull and empty) lint trap is a genius idea! Had the machine for over a month and it has been awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and highly automated. Put clothes in, select start mode, clothes are washed and go automatically into dryer mode, and door pops open when the drying is done! Has bulk laundry soap and softener dispensers for many many loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and fits exactly what I was in need of. Perfect for a small family or larger and space is certainly not an issue. Connection to smart things and being to very and control remotely is a nice addition as well.

I love this Vented Washer/ dryer combo! I am the only person in my household so it works really great with my crazy schedule. Put it in and don't have to worry until its done. I do tend to have to start the dryer again for a little bit so I wish there was a way to adjust setting a little more and maybe there is and I just don't know. I do feel like my clothes wrinkle way quicker then before though, not sure if there is a fix for that. But all in all I really do love it. I also got the pedestal and that makes things so nicer because I am tall so it brings it up to my level! LOL. it is also very quiet, when the washer does its spin cycle, it does feel like it shakes a lot, which I am not sure if it seems so drastic because its on the pedestal or what. But I do love it, I don't know that it would work well for a big family though. you'd almost need two. lol
