[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has great performance it a very nice smart washer and dryer!

We had high hopes for this Washer/Dryer combo unit, but we are disappointed in its performance. The unit is installed on a pedestal. The level has been checked multiple times, and the Product Care Calibration ran. During the Wash cycle spin the unit will vibrate and dance. Sometimes so violently it will move a couple of inches. Called the support line and thought we had a handle on the problem. We decreased the load to a medium load thinking that was the fix. It was not. Looking into the door window during the spin shows the drum appears unbalanced. At a loss at this time. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for someone to create this two-in-one product for some time, so I was pleased that it was Samsung. I have the whole ecosystem of Samsung products from phones and wearables to TVs to robot vacuums. There is a little learning curve but the OS is mostly intuitive if you are used to Samsung SmartThings and it helps my previous washer was a Samsung. My wife, who isn't really good with tech, struggles so with the settings for different program types for cycles. Fun the hardware perspective, it seems pretty intuitive, but the lint trap is kind of awkward and the bulk reservoirs below create a few drops off mess no matter how careful you are. I think I'll be ordering the pedestal to help with having to get down on the floor for that part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lets be honest, adulting is hard. watching kids, daily housework, cooking and cleaning, there is a lot to do and a lot to accomplish in a day. Well, Samsung has made one of those daily chores so much more easier. Introducing, the Samsung 2-in-1 washer and dryer combo. Granted units like these have been around for sometime now, but they were not as mainstream and not as efficient. I love that you can simply put your clothes in the machine and select the settings and that is it, your clothes come out clean and dry, this machine does the rest. It automatically based on the weight of the clothes pulls the right amount of detergent and selects the drying time and once everything is done sends you a notification that your clothes are ready.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this washer dryer combo for three days so far is excellent, washes very well. It dries very well. It’s beautiful. Give it a five star so far. Not completely quiet but not bothersome, I have a small ranch all open so it’s hard to be completely silent. I will say the dryer is pretty quiet and it’s beautiful. I have the black with the brushed bronze edging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in one washer/drier has been a wonderful addition to our 1 adult, 1 teen, and 1 little with a fur-dorable zooming household adopted cuddle loving cat. With large capacity detergent and softener tray each load is quickly started as "Sammy" (yep I name my appliances) senses each load to dispense the proper amount, plus out of all combos I have looked at this Samsung has thee best lint filter system to clean with built in squeegee!!! Making lint cleaning a breeze, I clean it after every load which takes only seconds! No need for adding extra drying time as vented system gets each load dry everytime! Would have given 5 stars if the door was able to be selected to open on right side, but that is a minor adjustment for this mom and tiny laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, my husband suggested this vented combo unit for our small laundry room and I am happy we decided to purchase it. The first load we tested was a combination of towels and a comforter. The unit was quiet when running and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the items were dry at the the end of the cycle. Our old dryer required multiple dry cycles achieve this result. We are impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the main individual within my household that performance the laundry services, I believe the Samsung Bespoke Vented All-in-One Laundry Combo is outstanding. With its high capacity, I can wash and dry large loads without having to transfer clothes between machines. I normally forgot about transferring them from washer and dryer, but this all-in-one system is awesome for me. The Eco and Super Speed cycle is great, if I have multiple loads to complete in a given day. I also love the auto-dispense system, but it holds 47 loads worth of detergent. So, I don’t have to refill anything for over a month, which is such a relief. As for the advantage features of touchscreen, Wi-Fi, SmartThings integration and so on, is all great, but that stuff is more my husband's thing. What really makes this machine stand out, is that I can start a load and just forget it. The phone app provides me regular updates throughout the cycles. Great assistance for multitasking with all the house chores. The big drawback is the inaccurate time estimates, sometimes it can be off by 20 to 45 minutes. Which is not good, but not a big issue. Overall, this machine is efficient, smart, and stylish. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this all-in-one vented washer/dryer has everything we wanted and more! Intuitive to operate, terrific lint screen that swipes itself clean when you empty it, love the programmed start or stop time feature, the phone/watch notification when load is done, brightly lit interior, comfortable height with optional fabulous storage drawer base, and the clothes come out SO clean, soft and fresh smelling! Many, many more great features in this unit. Really, really happy with our purchase and has changed how our household feels about doing laundry.
