Hello, We can see how having dependable performance across both washing and drying plays a meaningful role in getting consistent results from a wash/dry combo. The drying sensor is designed to monitor moisture levels and adjust cycle timing, but factors like load size, fabric types, and airflow can influence how it responds from one cycle to the next. This guide covers steps for improving drying performance. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001020/ If the behavior continues after reviewing these steps, connecting with Samsung Care can help our team take a closer look at what’s happening and guide you with next steps specific to your refrigerator.
