Junk..you get about 3mins with a full battery..

It’s a really good vacuum for the price. The only thing is that the battery dies quickly, and it does come with two batteries.

Not very strong, and the canister doesn’t empty out well. The attachments are nice. It is handy just wish it cleaned better

Loved it until the second battery completely stopped working. The battery runs out way too fast to only have one that works.

Lightweight, love having backup battery always ready, only dislike is suction doesn't seem to be as great even on the highest setting

Unfortunately this item lacks power to clean up dirt, has a clunky battery pack and is arkward to hold and operate.

I have had problems getting in contact with anyone from epro and just wanted to get support with the product but it’s been months without a response.

Just bought one of these and I LOVE IT! We have several cats and a dog. It does a great job....my favorite spot is to use it on our stairs!!! No tripping over a cord!!!

It is very handy to use. However cleaning out the caddy is a bit of a nightmare - it doesn't just dump out you have to stick your hands in to get the hair out and then fully take it apart to get stuff stick to metal grating clean

I absolutely love this vacuum! I have two dogs and vacuum every two days. This vacuum is excellent! My only concern is that I am having a difficult time finding the right size HEPA filter replacement. Please advise.
