While I love the vacuum itself, customer service is horrible. So far I am waiting over a month for a replacement dust bin. Every single time I call I get, "I am sorry but ......." This morning the latest 'reason' is a warehouse strike. Googled that. Nothing. I am grateful that I added the 3 year coverage because at this point, it seems as if it will take longer than that for them to ship the flipping dust bin! I would strongly suggest spending the extra money to get the Dyson and fast customer service!

Not very powerful. The “turbo” setting is like a normal vacuum suction, but drains the battery fast. Was going to keep it anyway until the plastic piece that holds the battery in place broke with normal use. Now the vacuum is useless because the battery falls out with any movement. Had to return.

I like that it stands up on its own and that there are two batteries and it has a head light. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. Very low suction power, even on turbo. With the light, it is too easy to see the dirt left behind on my hard surface floors. It is almost like having to vacuum it twice. I have mostly hard surface with a couple of area rugs. I have a short haired dog, but I still see very little hair being picked up in the canister. I have to vacuum the rug on turbo, but after a couple of minutes the turbo power dies down (you can tell by the sound of the vacuum), unless I turn it off and then on again and set it to turbo. Not worth the money at all. I have always had a dyson, I may have to give shark a try since I don't think the dyson has a model that will stand up like this one does. Plus the book says you can rinse the hepa filter, but when I did that and left it set out to dry for more than 24 hours, it must not have been dry because now it looks like there are mold spots on it. Another con is that the dirt clings to the metal mesh cylinder and the inside of the canister assembly so I feel like it has to be rinsed out every time. Well who wants to have vac parts sitting around drying all the time??? Definitely a bad decision. I will have to look for another.

This vacuum sucks in all the wrong ways. The battery drains ridiculously fast (there's a reason they give you two batteries. You will need them!) and it's really only decent on uncarpeted surfaces. It doesn't hold suction, gets clogged around the filter far too often, and smells hot when I run it. I'm worried it will catch on fire. If I had to do it over again, I'd opt for a Shark or something more reliable. Never again.

Total waste of money. The vacuum works okay, but the filters are non-existent in stores or online. It's frustrating that Sam's Club sells a product without ensuring that customers can buy the necessary replacements. I'm stuck with a vacuum I can no longer use."

We really liked this EPro Select vacuum cleaner because it has a lot of power, is fast, is very lightweight, and—being cordless—is very comfortable to use. The problem we encountered lay specifically in the use of the Dust bin—specifically, the difficulty involved in taking it out, emptying it, and putting it back in place. Now, what happened is that the Vacuum cleaner felt to the floor, and one piece of Dust bin broke. The dust bin is made of hard plastic; when it fell to the floor, a piece broke off, so now we cannot attach it to the vacuum cleaner, and we are unable to use the vacuum. We are trying to find out where we can purchase a replacement part for the Dust Bin, and we wanted to ask you—Sams—if you could advise us on where it can be bought and how much it costs. Thank you very much.
