First cordless vacuum and I was hoping to love it! It might be good for a small dorm room, but that's about it. Battery life dies quickly, and we need both batteries fully charged just to vacuum our apartment. Just one month in and the button that keeps the dust compartment closed broke and popped off, leaving us unable to vacuum. I saw someone said "Temu Dyson". Fitting description.

At first, it seems pretty good for the price. BUT YOU CAN'T BUY REPLACEMENT FILTERS! Epro Select will send you ONE. Samsclub has none. They say working on setting up something. The vacuum seems weak and the batteries only last about half the time stated. I regret buying it.

overall, very effective on our 1500 sqft upstairs with 2 dogs and a cat. Used every day to keep the workload light and every feature is very handy. the two batteries are very helpful. one full pass of hardwood floors, 3 large rugs, 2 couches, bedspread and large chair is about one full battery (30mons or so) my absolute biggest complaint is, yet again, a stupid design choice putting the filtration column inside the already limited size dirt container! sure there's a "quick release" to dump it , but even with our every-day light workload, dirt and animal hair keeps getting bound up around the column at the top right next to the chute anyway and a supposedly seemless dump in the trash becomes having to disassemble the container by hand and making a mess on yourself anyway. Completely stupid design choice, yet so many of these are like this. if anyone has a home that people actually live in that actually needs to be cleaned, expect to wear a good amount of what you suck up with this just to dump it.

Very very poor suction.

This vacuum sucks in all the wrong ways. The battery drains ridiculously fast (there's a reason they give you two batteries. You will need them!) and it's really only decent on uncarpeted surfaces. It doesn't hold suction, gets clogged around the filter far too often, and smells hot when I run it. I'm worried it will catch on fire. If I had to do it over again, I'd opt for a Shark or something more reliable. Never again.

I really wanted to love this vacuum. I was super excited when it got delivered on Monday- 4 days ago. I have a 1400 sf home and have only used this in about 800 sf of my house which is laminate with low pile rugs. This has no power unless on turbo mode which drains the battery in about 8 min. Ok 2nd battery gets thrown on and same thing with this battery. Except now it's shutting off with a 90% charge left. The dirt container is empty. It just starts and shuts off. I was already going to return it due to the battery life and it's ability to suck, and now this issue. I purposely bought this from Sam's club since they do have such a great return policy. Buyer beware. This is not a good product and now I have to spend the time to return it. It spent a longer time en route shipping it then it actually working. 4 days. 4 days of very light use.

This cordless vacuum really packs a punch. The vacuum itself comes with multiple attachments for any kind of cleaning need. Of the included attachments, the adjustable extension rod is a favorite for me. It very easily adjusts in length by pushing a button and extending or contracting in a telescopic manner. The vacuum operates via a trigger switch on the handle. Unlike other cordless vacuums we have used, this vacuum does not require you to maintain pressure on the button for the vacuum to operate. There are 3 cleaning settings "normal, eco, and turbo." The normal setting does well on both low pile carpet and tile floors. The eco setting is optimal for tile floors. The turbo setting does well when you need a little extra suction for bigger or more stubborn messes. This vacuum is easy to maneuver, light, and effective. The included attachments really help you be able to vacuum at any angle making some of those hard to reach/awkward places a snap to vacuum. An additional perk is that this vacuum, while still maintaining adequate suction, is NOT loud. We are able to vacuum the hallways and main living areas of our moderately sized house on just one battery. The vacuum comes with 2 batteries-so plenty of battery power left on the second battery to vacuum the additional rooms in our house without having to wait for a battery to charge. We have been very happy with this vacuum. Longer hair has not been tangled up or wrapped around the brush head. Emptying the dustbin is also simple as it separates completely from the vacuum eliminating the need to take the whole appliance to empty the dustbin.

I was recently gifted the Epro Select Vacuum from Sam's Club, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The suction is phenomenal, effortlessly picking up dirt, pet hair, and debris on both carpets and hard floors, leaving them spotless with just one pass. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the swivel head makes navigating around furniture and tight spaces a breeze. Surprisingly quiet, it delivers powerful performance without the noise, which is a huge plus for my household. The variety of attachments is awesome and I love how it comes with a wall mount to hold attachments. This has made cleaning so much easier and more efficient, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable, high-performance vacuum. I like the storage rack for the attachments and the two batteries. However, in less than one year, my motor burnt out. The company was nice to work with and sent me a free replacement. A few months after this, one of the wheels fell off on the head. And now my last wheel has fell off leaving my vacuum worthless. All this in a total of 13 months. I'll never purchase again. Sticking with the Shark brand. The epro is not made for using every single day as I do in my house.
