I like that it comes with two batteries and you can charge one while using the other, but honestly, it's not a quality product. It's not good at absorbing power; the battery doesn't last as long as it claims; it lasts much less, and hair gets tangled in the roller.

I like that it stands up on its own and that there are two batteries and it has a head light. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. Very low suction power, even on turbo. With the light, it is too easy to see the dirt left behind on my hard surface floors. It is almost like having to vacuum it twice. I have mostly hard surface with a couple of area rugs. I have a short haired dog, but I still see very little hair being picked up in the canister. I have to vacuum the rug on turbo, but after a couple of minutes the turbo power dies down (you can tell by the sound of the vacuum), unless I turn it off and then on again and set it to turbo. Not worth the money at all. I have always had a dyson, I may have to give shark a try since I don't think the dyson has a model that will stand up like this one does. Plus the book says you can rinse the hepa filter, but when I did that and left it set out to dry for more than 24 hours, it must not have been dry because now it looks like there are mold spots on it. Another con is that the dirt clings to the metal mesh cylinder and the inside of the canister assembly so I feel like it has to be rinsed out every time. Well who wants to have vac parts sitting around drying all the time??? Definitely a bad decision. I will have to look for another.

I couldn’t be happier with my new cordless vacuum! This device has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I love the convenience of it being cordless because it is so easy to move around without having to worry about the cord. The suction is AMAZING and picks up dirt, pet hair, and even small debris from carpets or hardwood floors. It is so lightweight that it makes cleaning almost effortless. The battery life is impressive and lasts a long time and if it does run out, I have a 2nd battery to use! I’ve used several vacuums in the past, but this one has been the best because of its power, convenience, and battery life. If you’re on the fence about buying one, this one is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Bought this for vacuuming our RV. It has no real power. It's fine for the sort of things you'd clean up with a hand-held dustbuster. The beater bar function is useless. It picks up dirt and puts it in the stick, but very little of it gets to the basket. Hence, as soon as you shut it off, all the dirt falls out into a little pile where you stopped vacuuming. It wants a new filter, even after I replaced the filter. Exceedingly disappointed.

I found this in my Sam's Club. I didn't really need a vacuum because I have several including a Dyson but the price was ridiculously cheap so I couldn't resist. It is amazing for the quality and what you get with it especially a second battery. I will never buy another Dyson. This vacuum has a light (my Dyson does not) which is very useful. It easily goes from full-size vac to hand held. I strongly recommend. You will not be sorry.

Wow. I'm a big Sam's fan. WORST buy ever at Sam's. So disappointed. They were on clearance, I see why. I have a super small house and the batteries don't hold up to even do 2 rooms even after recharging. I have to keep swapping them out. No suction at all. Can use for pretty minimal crumb picking up. :-(

I'm going to start by saying the good things about this vacuum, which is it comes with a complete variety of attachments and a holder to manage all of them. Including the extra battery. It is remarkable all the detail they put into this vacuum, and the engineering is pretty darn good. You would almost swear it was a Dyson by the way it is designed and how the bin is emptied. The bad is that it is not a Dyson in any means of performance. This is my third handheld vacuum where I had hoped it would actually pick up cat litter off the tile floor. Unfortunately, that does not happen with this vacuum unless you use the turbo mode. The absolute ugliest, the battery life. There are three modes on this vacuum; eco mode, normal mode, and turbo modes for suction. The only effective mode is the turbo mode, and the battery lasts approximately 12 to 15 minutes per battery. All in all, it's worth keeping for the $99 price. The performance isn't any worse than any other $99 handheld, and the attachments and holder are a plus. The extra battery is also of value. Frankly, if I was going to use a handheld for 30 minutes, I would rather use my Dyson for that type of cleaning. This is strictly for quick and easy spot cleaning.

Only reason I am giving it 2 starts is because it comes with a nice amount of attachments. But using it is frustrating. It comes with two batteries because they don't last long. I will put on a freshly charged battery and 15 seconds later I am already at 95%. If I use it on the highest setting to get a good suction the battery does not stop dropping in percentage. The vacuum is really convenient to have but the battery needs work. The suction in the medium setting could also be a bit stronger.

This vacuum is getting returned. It barely has any suction unless on turbo and even then it's not that great, especially with any carpet, even low pile. The batteries drain very fast too, especially on the turbo setting. I don't know how anyone is comparing it to a Dyson because this vacuum is a joke. The charger also makes an audible pitched hum when charging which is concerning.

It works decently while the battery lasts...it literally starts slowing down the minute you start using it and runs at about half speed when the batter gets to 75%. To get good suction you have to use it on the turbo mode and the battery only lasts 10 minutes if you're lucky. It only looks like a Dyson.
