They absorb well for all night dryness.No signs of redness or irritation .Recommend to family and friends .We are definitely changing to these as they work and great value for your money.

He sleeps around 10 hours and these hold for that time so well. They aren't bulky and make him feel self-conscious, but they are great for car trips, too! In my personal experience (155 lbs, 31" waist) the S/M size addressed my post-surgery urinary incontinence, especially the overnight overflow incontinence SATISFACTORILY, holding 250 ml of urine leak WITHOUT creating discomfort or leakage as well as any contact dermatitis/eczema.

They are ultra soft and is up to 2x drier. They are also hypoallergenic with maximum protection without the bulk like some of the other brands have. Very satisfied with this product.
