I used this same product and was very pleased with the results, there was no obvious signs I was wearing absorbant underwear as they were not bulky. My physical shape is tall and thin with no hips and the elastic band held the underwear in place with out chaffing the skin and no leakage presented itself through my outer clothes. It is embarrasing enough to wear absorbant underwear so the effectiveness of this product helped me with everyday activities. Good product that works

Bought L/XL because reviews were favorable and less expensive than Depends. My husband has 38" waist. These are sized for 38" to 59". I agree they are soft but they don't stay up and are loose around the legs which causes leakage. Having a choice of large or x large would make more sense. Have only used them for three days and would not purchase again.

I walk everyday and sometimes there is a slight chance of having a problem due to drinking coffee or walking after eating.
