I use them on an emergency basis post-surgery, and my adult daughter has excessive feminine leakage that men’s products allow her better size and coverage effectiveness. These are a total A Plus in our household for being effective, true-to-size and affordable!!

The actual underwear is very comfortable and no complaints of it bothering with the skin so I deathly recommend for anybody dealing with incontinence issues

We haven't tried these yet but we got a chance to try and my husband was very very happy with the way they fit him very comfortable soft form fitting no bunching up and fit underneath his clothes very well he was very happy with the way they felt he has decided that these are the ones were gonna start getting for him from now on.

They fit extremely well, being quite comfortable in an uncomfortable situation! They're very soft with no reaction from materials at all. Hold quite abit of liquid with no leakage. Very happy with these and will continue to use.

Whether it’s from laughing or sneezing, I always get a little bit of a trickle in my undies. Also embarrassing, if I’ve had a few too many drinks, I have been known to wet the bed in my sleep. When I saw these were available, I thought I might as well give it a try. As mortifying as that all was to write, five stars. These are men’s total protection underwear, but fit perfectly fine on me.

At first he did t want to try them because he thought they would be scratchy and uncomfortable but he was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they actually are!
