[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that struck me about this kit was the perfect packaging. It came in a series of numbered boxes and nothing was missing. All parts fit perfectly together and we love our back patio pavilion. The materials are high-quality. The BEST part of this kit was the use of the digital instructions. I make training for a living and this app is SPOT-ON!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased beautiful gazebo about 6 months ago. Absolute best outdoor investment no regrets. Great for morning coffee time and relaxing while watching kids play in backyard. Excellent Family Backyard Getaway for the ages!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to understand manual instructions along with the app. I suggest you use them both together. We were able to build this with myself and my husband but strongly suggest others to assist when operating the post. Didn't realize in order to be under warranty you have to stain or seal the wood every year for 5 years. We have received many compliments about the beauty of the pavilion. Overall we are very pleased with how it turned out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our Norwood Gazebo for nearly six months now and we love it. It is beautiful and functional and provides us with great shaded hang out area in our backyard. My only reservation with this product is the price. There are other cheaper options out there but we decided to go with this one figuring “you get what you pay for”. The roof has received dents from hail but no major problems. And it has handled several medium snows already as well (CO).

I was very impressed with the quality of the Brindlewoood Gazebo , assembled by my self with some help from my wife , quality is really high, and if I had any questions, the service was absolutely fantastic, needed additional support, got it, very professional company to deal with, highly recommended. You just can’t find service like that anywhere anymore. Thanks

Hi everyone buying the Brindlewood. We just put 12x10 Gazebo together. 1 This was a very time consuming process forsure with 2 of us being in construction for many years lets say. 2nd instruction were not so easy but we got through it . 3rd make sure you separate wood and also put some clear coat on all wood. (Wood is very soft too) 4th make sure you have everything i was missing some screws so i had to run to hardware store HD/lowes. NOW what we found out was some of board were not stright and we found out this whe putting together and when you go to put bolts through you need a drill forsure. So i love the way it look but i would check everything before you build one yourself agin not bad and not easy but 2 people can do it . Also we found put roof on last was easer then putting it on on the ground and 2 of us lefting it up. Anyway

It is a beautiful addition to our large backyard and even though the description is accurate, I didn't realize how huge it would actually be in the space. My only criticism is that the instructions say it is a two-person build and "a third person would be helpful to install the roof." This is a huge understatement. We had four adults and it still took us 8 hours. The roof was especially precarious and we ended up purchasing an additional 6 hurricane clips to ensure safety. Do not attempt with only two people! I love it so much and cannot wait to add lights and a sound system. A couple pieces came slightly damaged, but not enough that we wanted to wait for replacement parts to assemble. Also, MOST of the pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly, but a few did not and required some creativity and muscle to make them work. When all was said and done, only the middle hole in the center of the roof and one hole a the end of the roof didn't align. It still feels quite sturdy. The video tutorial was helpful, but not perfect; pay attention to the angles of the brackets and try to keep pieces organized--the bags/boxes are labeled with the piece name/number, but not the individual pieces.

fit and finish was excellent. App 3D instructions were amazing. Super impressed the way everything aligned, not one pre drilled hole out of place. Competed over time mostly by myself. A few key spots definately need a helper. Very happy with how it turned out. Thanks

Purchased this product a few months back. I was impressed by the price, which was cheaper than I could build it myself. Didn't have to make a plan, or cutting list...It was all done for me. The wood was dry and straight, pre-cut, predrilled, all hardware was marked as was the lumber, complete with comprehensive plans, that were set up in easy step by step sections. It said that it would take a weekend with two people building it. I did it myself, I'm 69 years old. I did it alone. It took me about 3 weeks to paint everything before construction. it took me another 2 weeks to build. I was sure I would find that I would be missing hardware. To my surprise I only was short one small piece of sheet metal. Which was shipped out to me no questions asked within 3 days! Impressive! The Gazebo is a Norwood 16' X 12' and I am totally impressed by the engineering and the quality of the kit and the finished product. Be sure to sort all the parts and wood, it makes construction a snap.

This is an excellent gazebo. The quality is great, and instructions were easy to follow. We coated the wood with a sealant as recommended. The gable ends require two people at least to set up. A third helper would've been nice, but my wife and I got the job done. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with the product.
