Very durable product. Very nice looking. Paid extra to have put together because I didn't want the hassle of assembly! Item will be delivered in 5 separate (heavy) boxes, so be aware of where you are going to store those before they arrive. Company who assembled product did a good job. Only 2 minor dings on cedar posts that the installer ordered stain for.

Not for the weak of heart to put together. We just had two of us putting the gazebo together contrary to advice. We were shorted a couple corner brackets but once we got started it went fairly smooth. We added teardrop lights and a couple fans. It provides good shade and the fans keep a breeze stirring. If you’re not up for a full weekend project, pay to have the gazebo assembled.

Purchased online and was delivered on time at the end of the driveway due to COVID restrictions. Sorted and assembled with 4 adults in about 7 hours. Highly recommend having one person on the instructions. Had a few problems towards the end getting things to line up, but with a little effort went together nicely. Definitely recommend and am thoroughly enjoying my new "room" addition.

We love our new gazebo. We bought this beautiful and durable shelter this summer. Our expectations have been exceeded because of the craftsmanship built into every piece. Everyone that comes to backyard is amazed at this new gathering place. Thank you this product it is impressive

The roof is strong and can truly withstand our northeast weather! The entire gazebo has been well thought out…The angles, color, and accents are all beautiful. We chose to have our gazebo delivered and put together. The team that came was wonderful! They worked together like a fine tuned clock. We love our gazebo! We were looking for a Gazebo solution that could withstand our extreme winters and high snowfall and this one looks very sturdy. The parts were very well identified and packaged (each hardware pack had at least one extra piece so if you stripped or damaged one, you had a spare). The instructions are a dream to use (when I didn't understand a process, I watched the "BILT" video instructions and those had the extra details I needed). The steps are organised and thorough. Yes, there are steps where you definitely need 2 or 3 people, but these steps are identified so you can arrange help beforehand. We are very pleased with everything about this product and would highly recommend this to anyone. Everything about this gazebo, the packaging, instructions, precision and even the fact that there is an extra of every nut an bolt (for emergencies ;-)). I have constructed many items in my life, but this HAS to be the best and relatively easiest I've experienced. I'm a fan!

We just got our 12x20 and are almost done with the assembly. The booklet and the app provide very clear instructions on putting it together. That is incredibly helpful. My husband and I have mostly done the work but because it’s springtime, the weather has been our obstacle. We love it so much already that we purchased the grillzebo to match. My son graduates high school in May and we are looking forward to celebrating with him on the new patio with friends and family. We will finally have an outdoor space we have looked forward to for years.

We are happy to leave a five-star review for this well-designed, high-quality gazebo. The detailed instructions were thorough, and all the lumber, every bolt and piece of hardware was in the package and clearly marked. Previous DIY construction experience was helpful, but probably not required. We have had several people stop to admire it and ask where we purchased it. It's the perfect storage spot for our small RV, and future plans already include a summer movie night and a drive-through living Nativity! Thank you, Backyard Discovery, for this great product. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if the need arose!
