I have been using it 3-4 times a week, getting used to using three-layered trays. Each of them can be adjusted depending on the shape of the dishes or size. At first, it was a little strange and cumbersome, but now it is the best try system. The gentle touch opens the door, and it can be set to open the door once the washing cycle is complete. Many options are available using the screen or by voice command. I have been using the AI wash all the time, each cycle gives clean dishes, and I barely hear its operational sound. Being connected to the device means you will have access to the latest software (firmware). Recent updates provide the operation by phone. So far, it has been a good decision to have the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher; from the design (zen, minimalist) to its actual use, all aspects are focused on creating a user-friendly experience. This is more than a dishwasher, but an artwork in my kitchen.

The modern, handleless design gives it a very clean and premium look. At first, I was a bit confused about how to open it (since there are no visible buttons or handles), but once I got used to it, I started loving the sleek, minimalist aesthetic. In terms of performance, it’s incredibly quiet, you barely know it’s running. Perfect for open floor plans like my kitchen or running late at night. It has a lot of wash cycle, and the dishes come out super clean and dry. All dishwashers size looks the same from the outside, but the interior capacity is deserving, really surprised by the number of dishes that fits inside this dishwasher. There is excellent tray flexibility and customization, and the third rack for utensils/spoons is a real space-saver. It helps keep things organized and frees up room on the lower racks. One of main feature that sets this model apart is the SmartThings app integration. I can monitor and customize wash cycles straight from my phone, which is both convenient and surprisingly useful. The AutoRelease Door is another thoughtful touch, once the cycle is done, the door pops open slightly to let moisture escape and improve drying results. No more damp dishes! Overall, it’s a stylish, ultra-quiet, and smart dishwasher that delivers on both form and function. I highly recommend it if you're looking to upgrade to something modern and efficient.

It’s so quiet, and the dishes come out spotless without needing to rinse them first. I really like the light inside—it makes loading and unloading so much easier. There are tons of wash options to choose from, and the AI Wash cycle is great because it figures out what the load needs on its own. It’s been a huge upgrade honestly.

The dishwasher I had at my home was very old and ineffective, so it was a very high priority for me to upgrade. This Samsung dishwasher is everything I wanted! Firstly, it is so sleek. I love the fact that it doesn't show fingerprints, and even the buttons are hidden away at the top. It also cleans very well - everything comes out sparkling. Lastly, I am extremely impressed by how large it is on the inside! There is so much room to store pots and pans, dishes, and then the silverware portion at the top is an added bonus. It's perfect for a family or after a large gathering. It's so quite when running, I truly didn't know it was on.

We have used the AI Wash cycle every time and it has cleaned the dishes perfectly each time and the auto open feature helps with drying the dishes SOOO much. As you can see in the pictures I still have to put in some inserts as the space was bigger than the dishwasher, but even with the space being open you can barely hear it when running while in the kitchen with it so the noise rating is definitely accurate. Overall, a great dishwasher and I don't regret going with this over some of the other options I considered like Bosch and Miele.

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first acquired our home, it had an older dishwasher. While it ran effectively, it wasn't efficient nor perfectly thorough most of the time. There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew. The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home. The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home. I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.

I remembered that we used to open our old dishwasher when it was done (just after the cycle ended) to help dry things off but this does it automatically!
