But not only is it nice sleek and white but it leaves my dishes nice and clean. I feel like my dishes are way cleaner than in my previous unit. I also love the auto open feature so it can air out once it's done. The dishwasher does have 3 racks, which is perfect for me. I like to use the 3rd rack for smaller items such as lids from thermos, cup lids, small bowls, etc. It has like a basket for that so it won't fall down. Did I mention how quiet it is when it is running? I can barely notice it, and even though it runs quietly, it cleans very thoroughly. The smart things app is also another great feature that comes with the dishwasher. You can change the settings and set different cleaning options because there are several, and get notifications on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

The modern, handleless design gives it a very clean and premium look. At first, I was a bit confused about how to open it (since there are no visible buttons or handles), but once I got used to it, I started loving the sleek, minimalist aesthetic. In terms of performance, it’s incredibly quiet, you barely know it’s running. Perfect for open floor plans like my kitchen or running late at night. It has a lot of wash cycle, and the dishes come out super clean and dry. All dishwashers size looks the same from the outside, but the interior capacity is deserving, really surprised by the number of dishes that fits inside this dishwasher. There is excellent tray flexibility and customization, and the third rack for utensils/spoons is a real space-saver. It helps keep things organized and frees up room on the lower racks. One of main feature that sets this model apart is the SmartThings app integration. I can monitor and customize wash cycles straight from my phone, which is both convenient and surprisingly useful. The AutoRelease Door is another thoughtful touch, once the cycle is done, the door pops open slightly to let moisture escape and improve drying results. No more damp dishes! The dishes emerge completely spotless, and the automatic opening feature for steam release and drying is highly innovative. Adjusting the middle rack to accommodate taller items on the bottom rack took a few minutes to master. While the third rack is convenient for utensils, I primarily use my silverware caddy for them. The third rack is removable, offering flexibility, but it poses no inconvenience when left in place.

Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! Upon using the new one, noticeably different from the old one, the noise level is significantly lower than that of the old one. A couple of cool features: Opening the door: options for automatically opening the door after the cycle finishes (A great idea), Bixby integration as a simple operation, flexible three trays that securely hold wine glasses and other dishes, which flipped down to be easy and user friendly operation, the voice confirmation and instruction, a nice LCD showing all info and easy to adjust functions, and the most beautiful thing is AI wash: it monitors water and electricity usage and optimize to reduce the total energy cost. Also, there is no guesswork on the types of dirty dishes. The phone integration through the Samsung Ecosystem, which displays messages on the phone or Samsung TVs, is a very convenient function. The observed cycle time ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. Later that day, we realized that we could open the door by gently pushing it or saying, “Hey, Bixby, wait for the voice, and then say, “Open the door.” As noted above, all those AI or high-tech features are embedded into the ease of use, hiding most of the complexity, which is a beautiful thing for everyday users.

The dishwasher has many features, including ability to connect to the smart app. The three racks are a great use of overall space and glide with ease. There are several features I love, including the fact that you can you can set it to automatically open at the end of a cycle. If you run the dishwasher at the end of the day like me, and forget you have clean dishes in the dishwasher to unload the next day, it's an instant reminder and I haven't forgotten to unload the dishwasher one single day! Running the dishwasher at night is doable because it is ultra quiet, in fact, I had to double check few times to make sure I started it, because it was I wasn't sure it was on and indeed it was. I've tried a few wash cycles and so far, all of my dishes were clean with no re-rinsing or cleaning and there is an option to add the dry cycle or not. I am really pleasantly surprised and enjoying this dishwasher, it's quiet, efficient and has a lot of great options/features that suit any lifestyle. I also like the look of the dishwasher and think it makes a great addition to the overall look of the kitchen. Very happy with the purchase and would do it again!
