[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own many Samsung products.I love all of them.We finally decided to upgrade our older Samsung refrigerator,with their newest bespoke refrigerator with the 32" screen.I am loving my new refrigerator,especially the big screen.Been playing around with it for a few days,amazed with all you can do,like having a computer in your refrigerator.Also love the automatic door opener,especially when you're hands or full.Very well built with a lot of room inside . Can't forget about the beverage center,and especially the ice feature,that makes cubed and bite size ice in separate sides.So far we are loving this,and I highly recommend this refrigerator...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much room is in this refrigerator! We love our new Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a new house and while I was walking through the aisles of a store, I saw the Samsung bespoke refrigerators and fell in love. I purchased the model with a AI capability and a giant screen. You don’t really know how the fridge works until you have it sitting in your kitchen and you start playing with it. I’ve been able to watch YouTube., Listen to music see what’s inside of my refrigerator not have to touch the handles at the bottom to open up the refrigerator. I also like that I was able to hook up my camera from outside and receiving a receiving an alert and a video of who is at my front door when the bell rings. The freezer storage is plenty full and I love that I have a choice of ice cubes. I also have the bespoke stove and I was able to hook up through Wi-Fi my stove and refrigerator so if I’m preheating my stove once it’s done preheating a message will pop up on my refrigerator letting me know that the stove is done preheating. I downloaded the smart things app to my phone and I’m able to manage the refrigerator while I’m away or if I’m in the grocery store I can check out what is inside the refrigerator. The self filling water pitcher is such a cool addition. It comes in handy, especially on hot days. it’s nice to always have cold. Filtered water ready for you. I don’t know if it’s because of a new refrigerator, but the lighting is very bright and the shelving inside the refrigerator is very spacious. I’m excited to have a cheese drawer however, I can also use the drawer for other purposes and manage the temperature. The delivery and installation was really quick and the gentleman who installed the refrigerator reviewed the refrigerator before he let me start to touch the screen. It is a pretty easy set up and you can also program it for a different language. i’m so happy I purchased the refrigerator and I can’t wait to continue to use it.

The screen allows us to write notes on what is needed to be purchase and adding the calendar to the home screen allows us to keep our family informed with important dates. The home screen makes it easy to change the temperature on the different zones based on your needs/preferences. It also makes it easy to be reminded of when the filter needs to be changed. The different forms of getting filter water is another great thing about it and the two different types of ice cubes. The Flexzone allows us to either switch between using it for deli meats or can drinks based on our needs. The separations in the freezer allow us to separate our ice cream with frozen vegetables/meats. Overall, this fridge is an excellent upgrade and meets the different needs we need throughout the month.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I can confidently say it's been a game changer in my home. One of my favorite features is the AI technology that lets me see what's inside the fridge—complete with images—which is especially helpful when I’m meal planning or at the store. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when you thought you'd seen it all, Samsung goes and does something like this. I mean, a 32" screen on your fridge?! You didnt know you needed one until you have one, believe me. Is it a little crazy and over the top? Yes. But its functionally and uses are actually super helpful. So first things first, fridge functions. It does all the great stuff a regular fridge does, but better. Cooling is controlled via the app (fridge, flex drawer, freezer) which you can adjust on the fly and shows you the current temp and setting. The freezer has plenty of space and the dual ice feature (cubes and bites) is rad. Onto the beverage center, the auto-fill pitcher is super convenient and can be turned on or off within the Smart Things app. We leave it on since we have a house RO system so we have the option of cold water whenever. Otherwise, you can store plenty of drinks in the bev center door, which is super handy so youre not opening the whole fridge just to grab a drink. The flex drawer is great for keeping kids juices and refrigerated snacks chilled and accessible. The main fridge area somehow seems larger than our previous Samsung french door style fridge, so no worries there, plenty of storage for a family of five. Last but not least, the mondo screen... It is basically a huge Samsung tablet on your fridge. It connects to the internet, has YouTube, AI Vision (scans food as it goes into the fridge), Smart Things so you can control your smart home from the screen. It really comes in handy more than you'd think! All in all, was it worth it? For sure!

You can do almost anything a Samsung tablet would do. I am sure they will add more features as more updates are made but as of now I can check my ring cameras, play Spotify/ pandora/ iheart, you can watch YouTube and control all your other devices connected via SmartThings. I haven't even mentioned the AI inside or the automatic doors or the other 100 features that are equally as mindblowing. Just all around really happy and can't wait to see what else they add.

I can watch my morning news while sitting/eating at the kitchen island now. Plus, it knows what's inside, so I don't have to guess if I'm out of something when I go shopping. I also love that the drawers in the freezer open to view both areas. Another upgrade from the last model. The beverage center is nice. Makes it easy and the auto water refill pitcher is perfect. Ice is also really good and it makes a nice amount. I think that having two options of the type of ice is great. It makes it seem like you have a lot more. I am disappointed with the cosmetic defects however. There are some weird pieces sticking out of the sides. Almost like a white sticky foam. It is attached to the fridge so cannot be removed. Not aesthetically pleasing. Doesn’t affect the use of the refrigerator however. I would definitely still recommend. Another great feature is the large screen. The AI technology helps my family know what we need to buy. It monitors everything going in and out. It is like a huge smart phone in the kitchen. I give the fridge 7/10!
