Takes a little time and tech savvy to get all your different media accounts added. There are plenty of video how to's and features included for you to research. This will be the center of attention in your kitchen and everyone that comes over just loves it. I really love that the Ring App pops up on it to see who's at the front door. Spacious interior and beautiful exterior. Not much more you could want in a refrigerator.

It's modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It's great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It's fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they're deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it's been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It's a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I'm currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it's a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much room is in this refrigerator! We love our new Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. If I had to pick my favorite feature overall, I’d say it’s the smart view of the inside of the fridge. It actually surprised me how useful that turned out to be. It’s made grocery shopping more efficient and cuts down on food waste too. This fridge looks sleek and modern, and setup was quick and easy. This fridge is one of those things and you definitely deserve it! The fridge design is sleek and modern, it elevates any kitchen in which it resides. I got the charcoal color and its presence dominates the kitchen and demands attention. The screen is absolutely massive for a fridge, with images that are crisp and clear! The touchscreen is super responsive, making navigating around the various apps and screens a breeze! When paired with the Smart Things app, it gives you near complete control of the fridge and any other Smart Things enabled appliance in your house. I can start my laundry and even the oven from this fridge since I have Smart Things enabled Samsung appliances paired with the app. The connectivity between the appliances and app make your home truly feel like a smart house. After installation, the fridge was able to get cool quickly thanks to the Power Cool and Power Freeze functions. Sadly there is no express ice or anything like that, so it takes several days for that ice tray to get full. And speaking of ice, this fridge makes two different sizes of ice cubes. Did I know I needed two sizes of ice? NO! Am I glad that I now have two different options when choosing ice? YES! And I don't think I will be able to go back! You do have to reach down and scoop it out with a cute little scoop provided, but you get used to it quickly enough. There is an abundant amount of space in this fridge, thanks to the 29 cu. ft. of interior space. The top part of the fridge features French door style doors that open up to a deep and wide interior. The right side shelves are very spacious in size, the bottom of the three can accommodate gallon size jugs. The top two are just as wide, but not tall enough to hold a gallon jug. The left side features only two shelves that could be used to hold more sauces and such, but also holds a secret! The left side door has a hidden beverage center! You can open the left door partially, without having to open the whole door, to reveal the water dispenser and a SELF-FILLING water pitcher! You can also access the door shelves from here as well, so we leave these free for drinks for a true beverage center. This modern and luxurious fridge is basically my dream fridge and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to many years of functionality, technology, and impressing everyone!

The best part about it is it has a large screen to watch TV or to do anything that you would do on your phone or computer. It’s really awesome that it has a camera so anytime that I take things out of the fridge. It reminds me that I need to put it back or re-purchase it making it easy to know what I have on hand. It makes two different kinds of ice, which is awesome and the ice trays are always full. It also has a really cool drink station inside the fridge. You don’t get the water leaking out the front with the water dispenser inside so it makes it always look clean and sleek. I love the drawers of the fridge because they store a lot of food. To me this would be a top choice for any family looking to purchase a new refrigerator.

I have been hosting dinner parties a lot more at my place, so the beverage center was my favorite feature about this model. It’s so cool that guests can grab a drink from this compartment without seeing the rest of the chaos in the fridge. Having an autofill pitcher is also game changing, because I am guilty for always leaving my previous pitcher with a couple drops of water, and my husband gets so annoyed with me haha. I plan to use the deli zone as a way to meal prep, setting aside ingredients I’ll be using to cook with soon. The SmartHub has really exceeded my expectations, I mean, setting up the family calendar, pulling up a YouTube recipe, playing Spotify while I cook. This way I don’t have to worry about getting my table dirty on the countertop, instead, I can access everything I need right on the fridge!! Still getting a hang of how to best incorporate AI vision into my routine, but it’s already been fun “scanning” things in and out, it should help me avoid neglecting food and reduce waste!

You can do almost anything a Samsung tablet would do. I am sure they will add more features as more updates are made but as of now I can check my ring cameras, play Spotify/ pandora/ iheart, you can watch YouTube and control all your other devices connected via SmartThings. I haven't even mentioned the AI inside or the automatic doors or the other 100 features that are equally as mindblowing. Just all around really happy and can't wait to see what else they add.

I purchased the model with a AI capability and a giant screen. You don’t really know how the fridge works until you have it sitting in your kitchen and you start playing with it. I’ve been able to watch YouTube., Listen to music see what’s inside of my refrigerator not have to touch the handles at the bottom to open up the refrigerator. I also like that I was able to hook up my camera from outside and receiving a receiving an alert and a video of who is at my front door when the bell rings. The freezer storage is plenty full and I love that I have a choice of ice cubes. I also have the bespoke stove and I was able to hook up through Wi-Fi my stove and refrigerator so if I’m preheating my stove once it’s done preheating a message will pop up on my refrigerator letting me know that the stove is done preheating. I downloaded the smart things app to my phone and I’m able to manage the refrigerator while I’m away or if I’m in the grocery store I can check out what is inside the refrigerator. The self filling water pitcher is such a cool addition. It comes in handy, especially on hot days. it’s nice to always have cold. Filtered water ready for you. I don’t know if it’s because of a new refrigerator, but the lighting is very bright and the shelving inside the refrigerator is very spacious. I’m excited to have a cheese drawer however, I can also use the drawer for other purposes and manage the temperature. The delivery and installation was really quick and the gentleman who installed the refrigerator reviewed the refrigerator before he let me start to touch the screen. It is a pretty easy set up and you can also program it for a different language. i’m so happy I purchased the refrigerator and I can’t wait to continue to use it.
