[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

The 29 cu. ft. capacity provides an incredible amount of storage space, making it easy to organize groceries for a large family. I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4 Door French Door Refrigerator, Model RF90F29EECRAA , on January 13th, 2026. From the beginning, my experience with this product has been far from what I expected. Even during the initial purchase, the product I received did not match what I ordered. Although I provided clear evidence of the mistake, I never received my full refund for the incorrect item. That was my first sign that things were not going smoothly. Once the correct refrigerator arrived, I hoped everything would finally be fine. For a few months, the unit worked as expected. However, on Wednesday, May 27th, after a Samsung software update that occurred in the early morning hours, the freezer section began to fail. Before the update, the freezer performed normally. After the update, it could only cool slightly but would not freeze anything. This caused all my stored food to spoil, which was extremely disappointing for a refrigerator that is less than six months old. I reached out for assistance, hoping for guidance or clarity on why a software update would affect the freezer's performance. Instead, I found myself dealing with explanations that did not match the reality of what happened. It was difficult to understand why a product update would lead to such a significant drop in performance, especially for an appliance designed to protect food. Having lived in South Korea, I am familiar with how Samsung products are typically supported and maintained. In Korea, product issues are handled with urgency and professionalism. Experiencing such a difference here in the United States has been surprising and concerning, especially for a brand known worldwide for its technology and innovation. It is also hard to ignore how often extended warranties are promoted. After experiencing a major issue in under six months, it raises questions about long‑term reliability. A refrigerator should not struggle this early in its lifespan, especially after a routine update. Overall, the combination of the initial ordering issue, the incomplete refund, and the sudden freezer failure after a software update has made me question the consistency and dependability of this product. I truly expected better from Samsung.

I had this thing hooked up for an hour and turned on the full power cooling mode and it was to temp within 20 minutes of turning that on. Phenomenal Noise: 9/10. It's not the most quiet fridge you'll ever hear, but, overall, for how large it is, it is very manageable. Functions: 12/10 Are you kidding me? This thing literally does everything. The AI is a really solid feature, and the media capabilities makes it even better. If I had one single gripe, it would improving the text page. I'd like to have a simple grocery list viewable at all time, but the device seems to struggle with that. You have to physically tap on the text to see the whole list. It's an easy fix, though, with a small software update. Size: It's huge! You would think it would be clunky and too far out into your kitchen walking path, but the smart design of the under door handles gives it a MUCH better silhouette.

Feature plenty and amazing from auto open door to better product quality overall such as ice buckets of both cubes and crushed plus water feature an absolute miracle too! We are very satisfied! It sure was another investment but the return is just fulfilling and satisfying! I'd recommend this product to anyone who want an upgrade that not only adds aesthetics but makes your family life easier with added entertainment!
