The 29 cu. ft. capacity provides an incredible amount of storage space, making it easy to organize groceries for a large family. Its preservation technology keeps fruits and vegetables fresh significantly longer than our old fridge. The modern, sleek look completely transformed our kitchen aesthetic. Highly recommend!

Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

The ice maker makes both small and large cubes and I love the convenience of the water station! Can't wait to show it off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful and thus far the screen apps are easy to use. We love the size, however we do not like the following issues: the ice maker has failed 2 times in our four years of ownership. Now that we are out of warranty we fear that we will have to regularly pay for maintenance in ice maker. This beautiful refrigerator/freezer is too much of an investment to have issues with an ice maker and require replacement parts. Other than that it's beautiful and fits the aesthetics of our home.

The large screen opens lots of options so no need for a family planner or communication board. Two types of ice a very nice have. The only issue I've had so far is, after replacing the water filter, a severe leak occurred. After removing and replacing again it appears to have solved the issue. Given the price, would have preferred a more simple process of replacing the filter. Bottom line, great features such as ice options, extreme tech features and wifi connectivity were the ultimate selling point for me. Long term expectations remain skeptical. But that's what we get when we want so much technology added to cold storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.
