I tried this chow mein for the first time and my family and I really liked it. I make two packs and pair it with orange chicken from Trader Joe’s along with a steamed veg; delicious. I also eat one pack as a quick lunch because it cooks in the microwave in three minutes.

I like how convenient these are. My only issue is the texture of the mushrooms. They are very slippery and gummy. I usually like eating them, but these go straight in the trash. I like the rest of the vegetables. Even though they are frozen, they taste fresh to me personally. Overall, it is okay.

Only giving a 4 cause I had to stir and microwave a little longer than instructions. There were still ice crystals on top but it only took about an additional 30 seconds. There is also some small tough parts on the noodles. Overall this is a decent quick lunch.

This was my first time to try these. I love chow mein noodles at the restaurant so I gave them a try. Was surprised at how good they are!! Didn’t last long!! Ate em up. Perfect for in your bowl foe the quick 3 min hat up and lunch is served!! Just wonderfully

Just open the package, pop into a bowl and nuke for 3 minutes! Yum! I added a few drops of Soy Sauce and although there was only 1 mushroom, the noodles are what's the most delicious and plump lo mein noodles I like, not those skimpy thin noodles! This made a nice lunch. Then I added some chicken and leftover broccoli before putting in the microwave, which made it a very nice dinner for me.

I use this as a quick fill for dinner...I saute in non stick fry pan or wok 1 small can of mushrooms with crushed garlic, and diced onions in small amount of olive oil or butter until soft then add small amount of frozen chinese vegetables until soft then add 1 (slightly defrosted via microwave) package of chow mein noodles and any leftover meat you may have or 1/2 cup of diced spam and whala a great quick dinner similar to LoMein from the chinese restaurant. You can top with a small bit of sesame oil just before finishing off for extra flavor.

Good value to keep in the Freezer for those themed Dinner/Supper nights, or anytime. We use for variety or as an addition if We make fried Rice, Potstickers, Spring rolls, Orange Chicken or other (You get the idea). You can also add a protein of choice like Chicken, Shrimp, or other to make a quick meal. Use a single package for individual consumption, or add a couple of these packages together to make enough for a family. Super easy, and convenient for those busy weeknights to put a meal together for the family. Not as good as take-out, or sit-down at the Restaurant ... but pretty darned good. That's the only reason for the 4Star rating.

It’s a great quick meal and easy to prepare. Though they recommend microwaving it without the packaging, I found that the noodles are too crispy and stuck together. I recommend heating it in the plastic pouch it comes in and poking a few holes in it for ventilation
