I have purchased this Asian noodle product for several years. Unfortunately, recent purchases appear to include steadily decreasing amounts of vegetables. Disappointing.

A really good product, easy to prepare with excellent flavor and texture. It has a nice selection of vegetables although I personally wish it didn’t come with mushrooms, but I’m probably in the minority in that.

Ajinomoto Vegetable Chow Mein's reasonably priced. When I'm needing a simply prepped meal, it makes life easier and happier! Yes it's a nice alternative to pizza, I recommend it to friends.

Much better than I expected given the nature of the item (frozen entree). Vegetables sit on top and cook perfectly, and the noodles are surprisingly good, not gummy. A little salty, but you expect that from frozen Asian cuisine. I would buy again.

If you are looking for a fast delicious low calorie dinner, this is it. I pair a bag with two Tyson teriyaki chicken fillets and am enjoying dinner in 10 minutes after a long work day, with no cleanup. Priced very affordable.

Packed with veggies and carbs. Very filling, healthy sort of. Feels healthy. Hub does require two servings. Quick go to meal. 3 minutes and you have a serving.

Lots of noodles, not much extra sauce but what is there is tasty, fewer veggies than what appears in the photo so I add frozen edamame to up the protein and veggie count.

I use this as a quick fill for dinner...I saute in non stick fry pan or wok 1 small can of mushrooms with crushed garlic, and diced onions in small amount of olive oil or butter until soft then add small amount of frozen chinese vegetables until soft then add 1 (slightly defrosted via microwave) package of chow mein noodles and any leftover meat you may have or 1/2 cup of diced spam and whala a great quick dinner similar to LoMein from the chinese restaurant. You can top with a small bit of sesame oil just before finishing off for extra flavor.
