Piece of garbage, every single one doesn't work right. Did 3 of these and all had tremodus difficulty setting up and would not work and HP support is bad. I would never buy another HP printer. Had one from 2005 to 2026. Switched to Canon.

Overall, a good basic printer. Paper tray is too small, and it is a pain to have to tell the printer what size paper is in the tray every time you change from labels to letter size.

Not able to use the ink program. The tech line sucks. can not get someone to actually fix the issue. Buying the XL ink, is a ripoff. Barely printing anything and it’s out of ink already.

The HP Printer has been challenging to use. The copy function suddenly has stopped functioning. The challenges of adjusting paper sizes are significant.

Not a fan of being held hostage by a printer that doesn't work that well. Doesn't work with my computer at all, just my phone. Way too expensive to use the pay-to-use method when we could purchase ink much cheaper.

Each HP printer has had the same problem. When printing too many sheets are picked up and then there is a paper jam. We do not print that much that this should continue to be a problem with all three printers.

Our only problem is making sure the printer is only printing on one side of the paper. We thin we have finally figured this out so as not waste paper with unneeded or unwanted two sided copies.

I have bee buying HP printers for 30+ years because ther are the most reliable. But now the ink is just too expensive so I only buy the black cartriges.

The Windows preferences page takes a minute to come up which is a pain to wait for. Matching up all the details with what’s loaded in the printer seems more difficult than with printers we’ve had before.

Very user friendly from installation to first usage. I am not particularly tech savvy but was able to set it up and operate it without any trouble. Quality of material printed is excellent.
