I really like the fact that I can fill the tray with a lot of paper and can trust the printer to print with no paper jams.

Very quiet very compact can be alittle taller need to life it up to open the paper tray out to fill with paper

Printer is slow to react to touch screen to connect to WiFi was slow thank god for my brother in law

I love this printer. It’s everything a home needs. Printer, copier and scanner. Fairly easy to set up and the quality of the copies is excellent.

Paper jams happen frequently. Loses connection to laptop at least weekly. When it does work, it’s fine, but it’s frustrating when it doesn’t!

I really like the product. While see up was extremely difficult, the print quality and functionality is great.

Better hand book with easy to understand instructions and pictures. Most people our age (79) are not computer and high tech savvy.

Prints good and easy easy to setup. Easy to use with our phones or computers any network device I the home.

You should be able to set on documents, photos, etc and it would stay there until you choose to change the setting. Touch items are too small

Needed to get a printer for my daughter to print out her schoolwork. She really likes that it’s wireless and can print from her room.
