Too Thick!

It seems to work fine, but it’s incredibly thick. It comes out of bottle like sludge. It takes a long time to get the need amount in the cup,then it’s very slow to pour out of the cup. I wonder if it is harmful to my washing machine. I’m probably going to water it down to make it more usable.
