The item arrived late, having been smashed in transit and the measuring cap broken. Part of the product was leaked out as well. It was a mess, product was missing, and I had no measuring cup.

I like that you can adjust the quantity but I don't like having to wipe out the cap every time or else it will be dripping when you put it back on the container. I will go back to small pods if available.

When I got this the container was damaged. Leaking detergent and the cup was busted. Not an issue with the detergent itself but the shipping which I was charged for so I was a little disappointed.

This product smells great and cleans great. It definitely performs just as well as tide, if not better. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is the softness. I cannot use this detergent without a softener.

Good thing it was in a big zip lock bag. 3 cups of the detergent had leaked out into the bag. I tried to add the photos. But, it would not take them!!!

My new go to laundry soap was recommended by a fellow shopper who said she was picky about her laundry. She said this seems just like the big name Tide stuff but better priced!

This laundry soap is half the price of Tide, so I had to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it leaves my laundry smelling like hot garbage. I'm using the sticky soap with the scented beads, but I will stick with name brand detergent from now on.

Laundry detergent scent is very subjective. For me, I love the clean scent. ALSO, I really like the performance. It cleans dirty clothes very well, and gets rid of smells too . I used gain, but always, it had a weird metal/ artificial smell when laundry finished. Not this. This smells awesome and very clean.i hate most laundry detergent scent, especially the very cheap stuff,I'm very sensitive to the cleaning agents. Not this. I recently warshed my pillows, and I'm smelling them now. No perfume smell. No funk. They are very clean, and smell clean. As well as my normal clothes

I think I prefer the Tide Powder over this- the detergent is very hard to rinse from the cap. I have to take a lot of extra time to get it clean before putting it back on the bottle. If Member’s Mark made a powder version of their own detergent, I would absolutely try it.

So far so good. Very clean smell. But, something that isn’t so common with detergents these days; this produces a good amount of suds! If you use too much you may have to rinse a few times over. Good scent. I find today most people are after a strong scent rather than just clean!
