They have a bit of a quirky menu layout that I wished would be more straight forward, likeopening the channel menu for antenna input goes to "recent used" , I have to hit a few more buttons to get back to the whole schedule listing. The remote has a back button so they could turn that off? The TV and the Vizio team are great in responding! I have two TV's now and I like the picture, both where easy to setup.

Tv never works! Can’t move through the apps can’t even click the buttons on the remote to go direct to the app cause all it does is load forever then kicks you to go back to the main screen. Did the troubleshooting with vizio and they say they know about the issue and are working on it but there is nothing more to be done! Don’t waste your money!

I don't have cable but it provides a great variety of tv stations for me and the family to watch. I am really impressed with this SMART TV. The color and picture quality is far better than I had expected. I feel like I really got a good deal. I have no complaints.

I can watch everything from local broadcast stations to all my streaming services plus so many free channels that I haven't had a chance to sample them all yet. With my old TV, I had to watch anything that was streamed on my computer. The picture quality is great and the selection is amazing. After having a Vizio, I wouldn't want any other TV brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this vizio d series 24 mounted in my semi truck as I drive across the country and stop for the night it's nice to unwind and watch some TV, this is a very durable tough little TV priced extremely reasonably, after all the bouncing rough roads the pic is crystal clear and the sound comes across strong over the idling motors of the trucks at the truckstops.

I purchased this small TV for my craft room. I can watch ALL the shows and movies I want to see. My husband watches sports or westerns 24/7. Lol. Too much for me. I've recently learned I can cast things on my phone to the TV. Cool! No more squinting to see crochet patterns I've saved. It would be a great first TV for a child.

I was so wrong, I got it for my grandchildren’s room for when they here on weekends. I know you can dumbI finally put it up .. super easy .. my kitchen has an awesome look while I sit, cook and watch my new TV. I have to buy another one for the grandchildren room.

Purchased a year ago and it was problematic from the start. I hate returning stuff so I kept it and have miserably tried to make it work ever since. Approximately once every 3 weeks the apps just crap out- no sound, can’t back out or move forward so I I have to literally UNPLUG the tv from power source and restart. Garbage. This past weekend I got a new curveball - no apps loaded at all just a repetitive message to accept the Vizio agreement, register the tv, etc. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again - after I’d already done it several times! I rebooted the tv, same thing, I rebooted AGAIN, same thing - all the while having to re-sign up for all the apps/channels I already subscribe to. Finally sucked it up and reset the thing to its factory setting, patiently resigned up for ALL my apps/channels and as God is my witness, if it crashes again, I’m throwing it into bulk trash THIS week. Don’t waste your good, hard earned money. If someone stole it and gave it to me I’d decline.

All in all a good buy. The price was excellent for a good brand name TV. Also noted how a smaller size TV is really not easy to find from several other providers. Walmart had the 32 inch I needed. It seems everyone else want to only sell 50 inch and above. Last but not least the delivery was fast and FREE. I believe it was actually delivered 2 days ahead of the date promised. Not the easiest to install unless you up on the meaning of “Smart TV”. Must ensure the TV is properly connected to your provider ( Verizon, Cablevision etc) cable box, once you are. The TV will function quite well
