[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a slight issue when I first turned on the tv. It said it was updating and may take up to 10 min. No problem. After that, the screen went back to the initial screen. Again it said it was updating and might take up to 10 min. When this happened a THIRD time, I unplugged the tv, waited a while and plugged it in again. It went through the “update” once more and then finally got to the next part of setting thing up. The rest went very smoothly. I really like that I was able to move the position of the apps to where they worked best for me. My only other disappointment was the lack of finding the app for FRNDLY TV. Fortunately, this is an extra tv, and the need isn’t vital. It is disappointing, just not crushing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great and it has lots of great features, but it has odies of it isn't connected to a network, which makes it a less than ideal choice for our rv. On startup, the unit goes directly to the network connection page. Another drawback for rv use is the fact that all the connectors are on the back, so wall mounts are limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally I think that the Vizio platform is very convenient by giving users access to popular entertainment applications that one could hardly want to download to give it a try and that brings comfort knowing that when we turn on the television we would not lack what to watch no matter our preferences at least one app would give us something intertaining to watch but the Visio platform is lacking some popular apps like Spotify which almost every consumer Carrie’s in their mobile phone.

It moves between ads and channels quicker than the fire TV we have in our living room and it comes with free channels, like ChiveTV! My wife and I plan on purchasing Vizio TVs from now on. I would highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased the Visio TV to replace a TV that has been in our kitchen for over 15 years. The Visio is a lot bigger screen and fits in the same physical space. It is truly a Smart TV and has a whole lot more features. We Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for about 4 months now - haven't had any problems with it until very recently. The last update messed it up to the point where I could only watch Netflix and absolutely nothing else I had to reset it to factory settings and everything works again. Overall it's a good TV, especially for the price
