TV Nice, but I can’t use my Firestick and if I lose my remote to the TV, I’m left with No TV. Also, I can’t find my Premium channels

Hello Debrina, thank you for taking time to leave your feedback today. Add-on streaming devices can be added to the TV with one of the HDMI ports on back of the TV. You will then want to adjust the input on the TV screen as well to the same HDMI port you plug the streaming device in to. We also offer a free app called VIZIO SmartCast Mobile. This app is able to connect with your TV through your Wi-Fi connection to control the TV if you lose your remote. I would like to learn more about the premium channels you are having difficulties with finding.
