Why was the tv not but in a box or bag so no one could see that it is a tv I hope when the person I sent it to gets off work at 3 pm it’s still there

I’ve used this tv a couple of weeks. The picture is mediocre. The sound is very disappointing. It appears they try to encourage people to purchase their sound bars to have a better sound. If you want to smart TV to ‘make do’, this TV is for you.

Bought this for my sewing room. Love it!!! Great picture quality. Super easy to install and set up. Very user friendly. Would purchase this brand again.
