Needed small tv for outside porch...thought it would be user friendly but sadly connection has slow response and unable to access some apps and ones I can are very slow in opening or freeze up easily?

Had I know that i could not download the spectrum app i would not have purchased this tv. I'm going to be bringing it back and purchasing the roku tv instead.
