[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV works well, but the only way to use it is with the remote control. I wish it had buttons on the actual TV so that when batteries get low or there's a problem with the remote control, I could still use the TV while fixing the remote buttons. I don't tend to recommend purchases to others, so said "no" to recommending, but that doesn't mean I'm unhappy with my TV.

The picture is very clear. However, in between uses I need to reconnect to some services (re-enter passwords), and re-establish the WiFi connection. Also, I don't like being entirely dependent on the remote control rather than some basic controls on the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed so far with this Brand of Television for its size to be able to use in my truck . To be honest this TV was left to me by another driver. Although I have 3 different sizes that I use at home 2 of which are not smart tv's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love the Vizio brand and and have talked friends and family into buying TV's from your brand. The only thing Mine doesn't have that some of theirs has is the voice remote. I want one like that but, can't find one that will fit in my space.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not able to get local St Louis channels without using an antenna. That’s a major negative feature! But I can get every Faux “News” channel from across the country! That is the second major negative feature of this TV. I’ll be replacing this TV with something other than a Visio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I receive the TV is a gift I thought it was just another TV but through all the options and easy menu access you can completely customize it to you or other users needs and haven't had a problem with it not one single time. 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for several years now. It's a pretty good TV. I've had to do several resets on it over the time, but I've had it. The color is very good. The volume leaves a lot to be desired. Some programs I can turn it all the way up to 100 and it's still not be loud sometimes it's hard to hear a person speaking even when I have the volume turned up max. Most of the time I run my volume at around 70 to 80 whereas on my other TV, I can run it at about 50 and have the same volume. So their speakers could be better.

When we move the RV we used to set up a satellite dish but now we simply stream content without all the dish setup and cables everywhere especially in campgrounds that do not provide cable hook ups. Great color, lightweight and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quality and durability of the TV. To boot, the options are excellent as well! I only wish they wouldn't have blocked me from hemlock grove season 1 last episode. Now I'll have to wait til whenever or buy it. (I'm not buying)
