Mildly Neurotic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great and it has lots of great features, but it has odies of it isn't connected to a network, which makes it a less than ideal choice for our rv. On startup, the unit goes directly to the network connection page. Another drawback for rv use is the fact that all the connectors are on the back, so wall mounts are limited.

Not really a Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this TV, but I'm returning it. I'd either have to have my cable company add a cable line so I can watch my locals channels, or get another TV. The price difference warrants another, better TV.

Great product, good features incredible picture

Intuitive and easy

This is my first Smart TV and I'm glad I went with VIZIO. It is intuitive, simple, and comes with all my favorite streaming apps. If I had one critique, it might be the size of the app icons. They could be a bit larger compared to the other images on the home screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about a month and a half ago, it crapped out on me so I can't contacted customer service, they are very nice people to work with I had to replacement at my house inside a week and I return the other I'm very happy with the product and customer service.

If I could give it zero stars I would.

This TV has a feature called Smartcast, whose purpose appears to be displaying a grey screen whenever you try to change the input. After several seconds it will let you reach the input setting you were trying to select, but more often then not after about eight seconds it will switch back to Smartcast. If you enjoy looking at a grey screen while you scream at a television you cannot use, this is your lucky day. If you're looking to actually watch TV, stay away from this. I mean it. Don't do it.

IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T BUY AN INFERIOR PRODUCT

On Sept 11,2022, I purchased this Smart TV to replace a 13 yo Sanyo. Many family members/friends have bought Vizio TVs without any problems. Around the first week of June 2023, I come home from work and my TV won't turn on. I checked all connections and NOTHING!! I found it very frustrating that I got a Smart TV to replace a much older model that still worked just fine! Not So Smart! I now have to dwell into the repair or replace warranty hassle and deal with the manufacturer. Hopefully, this won't be too painful. Fingers crossed.

Do not buy it sucks

Do not buy this TV. It sucks it’s so slow I’ve had it for about a year. It takes forever to load an app. There is these weird thick black lines on the screen. This is my second time getting this exact same TV at first I thought it was the first TV being faulty, but no it’s the TV. do not buy go for Samsung like our living room so much better.

waste money on ext warranties they cover worthless

Dont bother with warranty its useless and dont let accosiates tell u it covers anything except theft it cover electrical only so waste of money and allstate makes it near impossible to even try to file a claim very dissappointed and wasted enough on 3 yr warranty could have bought another tv almost ( purchased 4 for grand kids xmas with 3 yrs ext warrantys)

Worthless piece of JUNK!!!

The TV drops the wifi connection every other day. When I attempt to reconnect it shows that it is connected but it cannot reach the internet. I have other TVs that are working consistently using the same internet connection. It's NOT a bandwidth issue. I turn everything else off and I still have the problem. I have contacted the "award winning" and they lead me through a time-consuming process that hasn't fixed the problem.
