Sorry I chose this brand of TV

I bought a Vizio 32" tv in October 2019, and this past week I couldn't get a picture after troubleshooting with the company. A cable tech came yesterday to see if it was the cable boxes, but was told the boxes were fine, it was the tv. He went on to say that I wasn't the only customer with a similar complaint with Vizio. I will never buy another product from this company.

Great TV so far

This is another VIZIO TV I have purchased over the last few years. The previous E series one lasted for years. I am disabled and the TV is on almost continuously. It has performed extraordinarily well. With that performance I decided to get another VIZIO. This one is D series, I have every reason to believe similar results.

Happy Vizio User for 20 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV easy to set up, long lasting. Currently have 8 Vision TV’s in house. Largest 60” smallest 24”. All good. Upgrades by size or technology advances over years, no quality issues at all. Highly recommend Vision TV products.

Don't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago brand new, and after 2 months it started to lag. when ever i increase the volume it would take 20 seconds just for it to actually increase don't buy the Tv it is awful

Vizio D-Series 24 inch Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this tv for the master bedroom. I was so impressed that I immediately bought a second one for the guest bedroom. Since the 2nd bedroom does not have a cable hook-up, I'm thankful that I am able to take advantage of all the apps provided.

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a small TV for the kitchen with good sound and picture quality. And it needed to be smart. The 24 inch Vizio was perfect. I use airplay to stream from the xfinity app on my phone. No need for extra cable box. Love it!

Returned for refund.

Strike one was setup. Having to share my personal information with Vizio just to get the thing to start. Then I had to agree to sharing usage data to use 3rd party streaming apps. Strike 2 it doesn't support dual band wifi. Strike 3 it doesn't support Spectrum TV app which is my TV provider so I wasn't able to use it to watch the TV I pay for. For me the TV was useless, I returned it and got a ROKU TV

Meet & Exceeded my Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a tv for the kitchen but not all the extra hookups . I was able to connect through my 5G Wi-Fi and set up all my subscriptions and music. Great sound and picture is great. They even have app for mobile devices for remote and customized features. Thank you!
