Poor sound quality

Picture is fine, size is fine, installation was very easy. The sound quality is really poor! The television I received needs to be turned up above 30 to hear. The more the volume is increased, the more the sound becomes very distorted. I googled how to adjust the sound quality, followed all the instructions and still awful sound quality. I read all the reviews regarding "sound" prior to purchasing. Unless I received a defective television, the sound quality on this television is extremely poor. Returning and goind to purchase a different brand.

Terrible TV

This TV is terrible. After only a month or so of owning it, the apps never load. I’ve tried everything from wiping it and starting over to reconfiguring my wireless network settings. Every other device in my house works perfectly on our WiFi, but this one never does anymore.

Set was packaged well. Easy set-up. Has great picture if you have a good cable service and sound is better than average. Wifi is only 2G capable, no 5G wifi reception capability. Nice feature is the download signal scanning which works well for what the tv is receiving.

Great picture, no need for 1080p

Only complaint is that the smart TV functionality is a little slow. Otherwise the picture and sound are great. Not worth the extra money to upgrade to 1080p in my opinion at this size. You would never be able to tell the difference.
