I'm happy with my Vizio's.

I have several Vizio TVs. I've had very good luck with them. This 32-in serves as a replacement for a smaller TV in the primary bedroom. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to quote the price that I paid, I will anyway, $128. I was stunned. It's performance is excellent. It's a smarty so I really don't have to use my Roku stick. It has all my streaming apps. I'm happy.

Terrible speakers!

Just purchased this in store. Very easy and quick set up. Excellent picture! Speakers are TERRIBLE! Tried everything to adjust the sound settings. Still have a terrible tinny, vibrating, buzzing sound. Very disappointed.. unit being returned for this reason only. Buyer Beware!

bought this in April and o ly used the fire stick on it. now its August and the tv screen has black splotches all over it and the lighting on it is so dark. sometimes the tv even goes black and I have to unplug it for it to work. the connectivity for the internet is very bad too. so disappointed

Inexpensive Upgrade

I upgraded my old Vizio 32" for a new one, which cost $300 less but offers so much more. The new Vizio is light weight and very thin. The picture is clear and vivid I was able to mount it to the wall all by myseft. It was easy to set up including searching for local channels and my favorite TV apps. I'm happy with my purchase.

This TV is junk and has not worked correctly from purchase. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service who does not speak the same language and get rude with you when they don’t understand you. Final resulting in my waiting a week for a repair man to come fix the tv. The repair man leaves my house and now my tv will not connect or find any networks. Vizio refuses to contact the technician and tells me to continue to wait two more days to get an update from the technician. The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK TV

Awful TV, nothing worked, remote conflicted with LG and if you have an LG TV in the house do not get this, also customer service sucked, and it would not connect to my computer. Huge mistake buying it, don't buy. Get a better one or even a TCL Much better

Good picture, sound a bit flat as compared to previous tv, but after a few days I guess I got used to it. Remote and built-in programing aren't as good as Samsung, very basic. Example: if you press info it just tells you the time and which tv you are viewing and mode. No programming info is given. So... if you are used to channel/ show/program or movie title you won't find it here. A voice search/command button would be nice and a tradeoff for lack of other usability.

Was really excited about this tv BUT the remote is constantly lagging. There is no way to restart your apps when they aren’t working which happens more often than it should for a brand new tv, you have to unplug the entire tv and restart it….Subtitles keep getting stuck on the screen and last the entire time you are watching. I should have spent more for a new tv… you get what you pay for.

I believe it was a return TV, had somebody else's profile on there and in spanish. Had to do a factory reset to set it up under my name. Set up isn't that easy but once it was all done, the TV seems to be great. The Vizio live TV channels are great plus.
