The screen allows us to write notes on what is needed to be purchase and adding the calendar to the home screen allows us to keep our family informed with important dates. The home screen makes it easy to change the temperature on the different zones based on your needs/preferences. It also makes it easy to be reminded of when the filter needs to be changed. The different forms of getting filter water is another great thing about it and the two different types of ice cubes. The Flexzone allows us to either switch between using it for deli meats or can drinks based on our needs. The separations in the freezer allow us to separate our ice cream with frozen vegetables/meats. Overall, this fridge is an excellent upgrade and meets the different needs we need throughout the month.

It’s like having a mini smart home hub built right into the kitchen. The 29 cu. ft. capacity is massive — I never worry about running out of space. The customizable FlexZone drawer is a game-changer too, letting me switch between fridge and freezer depending on what I need. Plus, the dual ice maker makes both regular cubes and smaller ice bites, which is great for parties and everyday drinks. Cooling is consistent, food stays fresher longer, and it runs very quietly. I can manage our calendar on the fridge easily linking it to my Samsung and Gmail account. What my kids and I loved more was the added feature of "Alexa". She is a great added bonus. My kids will just ask Alexa do play music or add an item to our shopping list. The Beverage center is great as well. We always have a pitcher full of cold water and ice on hand. Absolutely love the space this fridge brings to our household. We live with our mother in law and brother in law and our 3 kids. So that is 7 family members that need to have their snacks and food in the fridge, and this fridge is absolutely great in space. It keeps the temperature just where we want it and the same with the freezer very spacious and easy to get stuff in and out. I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to any family looking for a spacious and smart fridge.

We love the look and functionality of your Bespoke refrigerator, however, within the first year the ice maker broke. Now it appears there is something wrong with the compressor (just three years old). The problem is there are no available repair techs in our area even though we live in a larger metropolitan area.

I can watch my morning news while sitting/eating at the kitchen island now. Plus, it knows what's inside, so I don't have to guess if I'm out of something when I go shopping. The auto open doors are so cool and a great addition especially when I have my hands full. See the video attached for a demo. I also like with the Beverage Center. Seriously the AutoFill Water Pitcher is a game-changer. It keeps itself full of cold, filtered water, which is amazing, especially when friends drop by. No more filling up pitchers! Aside from all the cool tech, it's just a really solid fridge. Keeps the food fresh and the counter-depth style looks really sleek in the kitchen since it meshes well with the counters and space surrounding it. Overall I am really pleased with it.

Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!

The review really breaks down into two categories: The overall design and function as a fridge and the new Samsung tech innovations. First the review as a fridge; It has deep storage so you can fit all your groceries and more. The shelves are customizable by height but also slides back and forth so you can adjust as needed. The beverage door is useful for grabbing a cold drink without opening the entire fridge and the ease to reload is convenient. The middle slide tray is great for canned drinks and flat items giving you additional flexibilities. Freezer is also very customizable with a separate ice tray. Now on to the tech innovations; at first I thought the screen was overkill, after all YouTube on your fridge?! After a few weeks I’ve come around to understanding the usefulness of it all. First, it’s quite handy being able to bring up a YouTube recipe to follow along while you are cooking. Second, the note app and the calendar app which you can sync to your Google account are very helpful as reminders to your schedule and cooking tasks. The ability to link up to Alexa or Spotify are both a nice touch to make your cooking process enjoyable. While all these are not necessary to your fridge but they’re a welcomed change and pushes for changes in the appliance world. I personally did find the AI camera detecting what you put in and out of fridge annoying but you can always turn it off. While I understand the innovation it just wasn’t helpful from a day to day use. Overall, if you are looking for a high tech fridge, this one def checks all the marks with plentiful storage space and modern tech enhancements.

Disappointed that Smart Things app doesn't access all setups for the Family Hub, and have not yet found d those instructions to drill down. Temperatures inside seem to drift from settings more than expected. Overall a purchase with long term promise.

Like how it takes pictures of what you have to help with the grocery list, to being able to listen to music or watch youtube on the screen. Don't even get me started on how amazing the speakers are. The sound is clear and can be turned up extremely loud! You can leave notes and even draw on the screen. One of the features that has helped me is being able to swipe on the bottom of the door and having it open automatically for me. It has come in handy when my hands are full with the baby or groceries. What also comes in handy is being able to have cold water at all times. So having the self-refillable pitcher is a time saver. It refills quickly and can even be used as an infuser. There are honestly so many more amazing features which help in my everyday life. I highly recommend this samsung fridge!
