Make sure to purchase a warranty to be safe. I like this one better as it has that second drawer feature that you can adjust the temperature to refrigeration or to a freezer drawer. So far i am enjoying my refrigerator. I dont regret investing in another Samsung refrigerator.

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4 Door French Door Refrigerator, Model RF90F29EECRAA , on January 13th, 2026. From the beginning, my experience with this product has been far from what I expected. Even during the initial purchase, the product I received did not match what I ordered. Although I provided clear evidence of the mistake, I never received my full refund for the incorrect item. That was my first sign that things were not going smoothly. Once the correct refrigerator arrived, I hoped everything would finally be fine. For a few months, the unit worked as expected. However, on Wednesday, May 27th, after a Samsung software update that occurred in the early morning hours, the freezer section began to fail. Before the update, the freezer performed normally. After the update, it could only cool slightly but would not freeze anything. This caused all my stored food to spoil, which was extremely disappointing for a refrigerator that is less than six months old. I reached out for assistance, hoping for guidance or clarity on why a software update would affect the freezer's performance. Instead, I found myself dealing with explanations that did not match the reality of what happened. It was difficult to understand why a product update would lead to such a significant drop in performance, especially for an appliance designed to protect food. Having lived in South Korea, I am familiar with how Samsung products are typically supported and maintained. In Korea, product issues are handled with urgency and professionalism. Experiencing such a difference here in the United States has been surprising and concerning, especially for a brand known worldwide for its technology and innovation. It is also hard to ignore how often extended warranties are promoted. After experiencing a major issue in under six months, it raises questions about long‑term reliability. A refrigerator should not struggle this early in its lifespan, especially after a routine update. Overall, the combination of the initial ordering issue, the incomplete refund, and the sudden freezer failure after a software update has made me question the consistency and dependability of this product. I truly expected better from Samsung.

Love the auto fill water dispenser. 23cu ft is slightly small for our family but we are able to manage right now. Flex space advertising is slightly misleading, it cannot be completely used as a freezer. Still need to explore lot of the AI features, but connectivity to other smart devices platform needs to be improved or added. The giant touch screen is very responsive and kids love it and keep the guests entertained.

The refrigerator is relatively deep allowing to store multiple days worth of food and leftovers without spoiling. A bonus is the Bluetooth connectivity that connects to the smart to the SmartThings app allowing you to see efficiency and power and when it is time to replace the filters. The refrigerator so visually pleasing and matches the decor of our house.
