It’s easy to store wide trays and larger items that never fit well in our old fridge. The bottom freezer drawer is spacious and well-organized, making it a breeze to find what we need without digging around. We chose the all-black finish, and it looks absolutely gorgeous—modern, sleek, and much more resistant to visible smudges compared to the stainless steel options. It adds a bold, premium feel to our space. Performance-wise, it’s whisper-quiet and keeps food perfectly chilled. We’ve noticed fruits and vegetables staying fresher for longer, and the bright LED lighting inside makes everything easy to see at a glance. The digital controls are intuitive and responsive, and I really appreciate the smart features like door alarms and precise temperature settings. In short, this is a massive upgrade in every way—style, space, technology, and convenience. If you’re coming from an older model like we were, the RF90F29AECEAA is a no-brainer. After waiting for three months, they changed the install date which caused a vacation to be rescheduled. Samsung does not compensate for poor planning on their part. Samsung then refused to help me on the phone or chat with the non-functional fridge. I have seven case numbers and chat transcripts to prove it. The fridge might be nice, but service/support is horrific.

Takes a little time and tech savvy to get all your different media accounts added. There are plenty of video how to’s and features included for you to research. This will be the center of attention in your kitchen and everyone that comes over just loves it. I really love that the Ring App pops up on it to see who’s at the front door. Spacious interior and beautiful exterior. Not much more you could want in a refrigerator.

I can manage our calendar on the fridge easily linking it to my Samsung and Gmail account. What my kids and I loved more was the added feature of "Alexa". She is a great added bonus. My kids will just ask Alexa do play music or add an item to our shopping list. The Beverage center is great as well. We always have a pitcher full of cold water and ice on hand. Absolutely love the space this fridge brings to our household. We live with our mother in law and brother in law and our 3 kids. So that is 7 family members that need to have their snacks and food in the fridge, and this fridge is absolutely great in space. It keeps the temperature just where we want it and the same with the freezer very spacious and easy to get stuff in and out. I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to any family looking for a spacious and smart fridge.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. If I had to pick my favorite feature overall, I’d say it’s the smart view of the inside of the fridge. It actually surprised me how useful that turned out to be. It’s modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It’s great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It’s fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they’re deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it’s been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It’s a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I’m currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it’s a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

French Door Refrigerator has exceeded all our family's expectations. The first thing you notice is its giant 32" touchscreen and the Samsung Family Hub. This customizable display has plenty of features to include entertainment (TV, music), calendar with reminders, and even a very cool recipe app that recommends recipes based on cuisine preferences and food availability. The inside is spacious! There is plenty of shelf space, door space, a customizable FlexDrawer, a super convenient Beverage center and one of its best features, a Dual Ice Maker in the freezer, where it belongs! The Auto Open Door feature works quite well, and we find that placing our hand there assists when opening the door naturally. The refrigerator easily connects to Samsung's SmartThings app, and alerts are available when the door is left open or any issues with the refrigerator. From the app, I can use the AI Vision to see what items are currently in the refrigerator doors, change temperatures to include freezer, select power cool and power freeze which quickly cools the appliance. and even add pictures to the Family Hub to be displayed in the gallery. We are enjoying our new technology and very spacious refrigerator, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen!
