[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator itself is wonderful. It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usage anymore. I have a Google-based home, so this feature is not only useless to me, but I can't use Google Home on the fridge and it's honestly obnoxious that it appears in so many places. Most devices nowadays are compatible with all smart assistants - so not only limiting, but forcing only two, is problematic considering the cost of the fridge...and it doesn't help with how few apps there are available for it. So I'd have to say the software is unfortunately lacking and, when it comes to smart assistants, it's honestly annoying. That aside, it's a great fridge and I hope Samsung puts out further updates to change the software issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the capacity is less than my old refrigerator, I’m loving the fact that things don’t get lost in the back of the shelves. The adjustable shelf finally gives me a place for taller items. The Alexa connection lets me use it as a timer or to listen to my audiobooks while I cook. I haven’t used the Alexa feature for shopping yet but I can see doing that sometime in the future. I can leave notes for the family on the fridge without a mess of paper notes all over the fridge. I like the ability to keep tabs on what’s in the fridge so that I know what needs to be tossed or replaced. Bixby sometimes answers me when I’m talking to myself, but that’s just funny. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was easy, the set up was seem less. We get so many compliments on the fridge and the duel ice. It has tons of space, the fridge holds a ton of items. The push in shelf makes it easy to see what we have. It is easy to program the ice functions we like. It sells us when a new filter is needed which is very efficient. It has a seamless interface, and connecting it to my smart drive was easy.

The cooling system is consistent and keeps food fresh longer, which cuts down on waste. I especially like how spacious and well-organized the interior is—everything has its place, and it’s easy to find what you need without digging around.
