Great Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product with modern features, spacious, love it!
Best Fridge yet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been amazing from the second we got it. Even our 6 year old daughter said she loves the new refrigerator and uses the drawing app everyday to leave her mark in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the auto filling water pitcher that always guarantees me a cup of fresh cold water. Another plus is having 2 kinds of ice. My wife enjoys using YouTube on the fridge for recipe videos while she cooks too. The entire refrigerator itself has plenty of room for all of our groceries.
Cheap material
This is the worst refrigerator ever. Had it a little over a year and every draw is breaking. The frig itself is breaking any to toss in the garbage. It make no sensor how the material is so cheap. Love samsung phones but will never buy any other appliance from them.
Hi Sab L, It’s completely natural to expect a fridge to hold up over time. When something you use every day starts falling apart, it can be really frustrating. Let us provide details to help with your experience. Plastic drawers in refrigerators can break for several reasons, most of which are related to material stress and temperature effects. Here's a breakdown of the common causes: 1. Cold Temperature Makes Plastic Brittle: Refrigerator drawers are made from polystyrene or similar plastics that become more brittle at low temperatures. When the plastic is cold, it's less flexible and more prone to cracking or breaking under pressure or impact. 2. Overloading: Storing too much food or heavy items in the drawer puts stress on the plastic, especially when pulling it in and out. Overloaded drawers can crack at the runners, corners, or bottom. 3. Improper Use: Slamming the drawer shut or pulling it out too forcefully can crack the plastic. Leaning or standing on open drawers (kids or during cleaning) can also lead to breaks. 4. Age and UV Exposure: Over time, plastic degrades. If a fridge has a clear drawer, UV light exposure (even from the fridge light) can make it yellow and brittle. Aging plastic loses elasticity and cracks more easily. Tips to Prevent Breakage: a. Avoid overloading drawers. b. Let drawers warm up slightly before removing them for cleaning. c. Handle with care, especially in cold conditions. Solid Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the fridge for over a week now, there are many pros and just a few cons. It has such a beautiful design that compliments any kitchen. The two tone makes it pop. The best feature of the fridge is the beverage center. With the auto fill pitcher, filling up my glass of water has been a breeze. The door assist feature is great too, and I’m sure people with accessibility issues will find it to be the best feature. The built-in touchscreen is great. It runs Tenzin OS not Android so you’re losing a lot of features but as a fridge, you don’t need that. Just the basics. The AI features are great too and using the smart things app makes it easier to see what’s in your fridge. The screen is somewhat optional to use not required for the full function of the fridge that is there and I’m sure people could find a lot of uses for it. My only con is the glass portion of the fridge is a fingerprint magnet and the bottom drawer is a bit hard to pull out but overall this has been an amazing fridge. Anybody looking to get a new fridge should consider the four-door French style Samsung refrigerator.
Love This Fridge!
Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Review Alright, let’s talk about this fridge—Samsung’s new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside. It’s basically a smart home packed into a super sleek appliance. First off, the design is gorgeous. It’s clean, modern, and customizable, so you can match it to your kitchen vibe. Even though it’s big on space (29 cu. ft. is huge), it doesn’t feel bulky at all. It’s one of those fridges that actually makes your kitchen look better. The 32” touchscreen on the front is insane—in a good way. You can stream Netflix, follow recipes, play music, or leave digital notes for your family right on the fridge. It honestly feels like a giant tablet just casually chilling in your kitchen. Super fun and surprisingly useful. Now for the cool tech part: AI Vision Inside. It can recognize certain items you put in or take out, so you always have an idea of what’s in your fridge without opening every drawer. It’s lowkey genius for grocery planning. One of my favorite features is the dual ice maker—you get both cubed and nugget ice, which is a total win for drinks and smoothies. And the Beverage Center is just super convenient. It gives you quick access to cold water, whether you want it from the built-in dispenser or the AutoFill water pitcher that always stays full. Bottom line? This fridge is way more than just a place to store food. It’s smart, super stylish, and packed with helpful features. If you’re into tech or just want a fridge that makes everyday stuff easier (and cooler), this one’s worth checking out.
Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung refrigerator—it’s been a great addition to our kitchen. It keeps everything perfectly cool and has plenty of space for our family’s needs. The best part is the built-in water dispenser, which is low enough for my 6- and 9-year-old kids to easily fill up their water bottles on their own. It’s convenient, reliable, and makes our daily routine smoother.
Awesome fridge, awesome update!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a 15ish year old fridge with no ice (ice maker didnt work) and no water (something I have always wanted) and this fridge is amazing. Not only is it spacious, but it is SPACIOUS! I didn’t realize how difference the size was. Organization is SUPER easy since the drawers are adjustable, the middle ‘flex’ drawer itself is great for anything from snacks for the kids, to cheese (so…much….cheese). The self opening doors are a great feature, just wish they were a TAD faster. I do have a feeling that I will have to turn it off since my kids feel like it’s a game. The family hub is great too! We have our calendar displayed as well as the weather (plus some photos). It was a little bit of pain to have to install Smartthings on my phone, but I forgot that I had it set up initially a while back. This fridge is amazing, freezer is amazing, the ice bites are amazing (martinis and just kids drinks) and I know it will last!

More than just a fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this fridge has totally changed my kitchen. The AI Family Hub+ is actually super handy and way easier to use than I expected. I can watch my morning news while sitting/eating at the kitchen island now. Plus, it knows what's inside, so I don't have to guess if I'm out of something when I go shopping. The auto open doors are so cool and a great addition especially when I have my hands full. See the video attached for a demo. I also like with the Beverage Center. Seriously the AutoFill Water Pitcher is a game-changer. It keeps itself full of cold, filtered water, which is amazing, especially when friends drop by. No more filling up pitchers! Aside from all the cool tech, it's just a really solid fridge. Keeps the food fresh and the counter-depth style looks really sleek in the kitchen since it meshes well with the counters and space surrounding it. Overall I am really pleased with it.
