This robot is the best thing I ever purchased! Every day it diligently cleans my floors and finds its way back home. All I have to do is clean the receptacle every couple days. I love that it cleans all those had to reach places like under the bed. My kitchen floors are also crumb free! I could not be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a robotic vacuum, and I'm surprised at how well it works. I think my floors are pretty clean, but when I empty the chamber on the DEEBOT, I see it has collected stuff I didn't realize was there! Robotic vacuums might not be for me. The DEEBOT will occasionally get stuck on things like cords/cables. I tried to adjust for that by making better cord management and keeping them off the floor. I also have furniture on felt feet on my hardwood floor, and the DEEBOT will move chairs a few inches when bumping into them. It's not hard enough to hurt anything, but just enough to move smooth-gliding pieces. That might not matter to many, but it's kind of annoying to me. The real drawback--and this would go for any such product--is having to keep all floors totally clear. If my dog's collar is on the floor in side the door, DEEBOT will drag it across the room. If I leave my closet door open and it goes in and encounters a shirt on the floor, it will jam. I like that it keeps with dirt that I can't stay on top of on a daily basis (particularly my dog's fur), but I feel like I need to babysit it so I don't have it set to run automatically. I may return it because it seems like it's not the best fit for me.

I got my first Deebot two years ago and was very happy with it. I had a little problem with it a few months ago and i contacted Deebot and they troubleshooted the problem with me and when the problem precisted they send me a knew replacement at no cost to me. The replacement was a newer model and I'm even happier with it.

We've had our deebot for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! We downloaded the app and have it programmed to run every night. It's super simple to open the app and just start it whenever we want also. It picks up everything on our floor and it's left clean everytime. Everything about this vacuum is easy. My kids have named it Bobby and he is now part of the family.

The vacuum part of this product works great and picks up a lot of dirt/hair/dust, but it gets wedged under furniture, doesn't run well on shiny tile, clogs on shaggy rugs and stops if it rides up on objects such as dog bones/clothes/shoes. I like that it gets under furniture to vacuum hard to reach places, but when it gets stuck in hard to reach places it can get frustrating. Due to the amount of possibilities to get stuck it rarely makes it back to the charging base on its own. So if you're willing to babysit the vacuum and help it recover frequently then I'd say it works great. Still easier then running a normal vacuum through the house if you ask me!

Ours is forced to transition a lot between carpet, wood, travertine and rugs and does it perfectly! Great clean up power, great coverage, goes about 1hr 10min before recharging and that includes going over all the floor types. App allows me control from anywhere. Goes under places i didn't realize it would which is good and bad- kids hide dirty socks under the bed and deebot finds them! :) can handle alot of debris and empty every 3days. Has sucked up large items without damage. Love the double brushes as it gets everything! Suction is great and can see the lines on the carpet and rudes- LOVE that! Live with gravel and gets the dust out of the carpet :)

We have had our Deebot for 6 months, and I tell my husband ALL the time it was one of the best purchases we have ever made. I really dislike sweeping, and with four young kids, we need to sweep a lot. It is amazing to be able to set it before I leave the house or overnight and wake up/come home to clean floors. We have been so impressed by how well it picks up the fine dust as well. The only change I would make would be to include virtual walls, as we have to set up a barrier to prevent it from going to other rooms. I like being able to use the app as well. Absolutely worth every penny!

Bought this little guy to save some time and effort and performs well! Also doubles as a distraction for my nephew while I trick him into cleaning the house with the bot. Only minor problem is it thinks our black rug is a ledge and cries when stuck on it.

After shopping around for a floor cleaning robot, it was an easy choice picking the DEEBOT N79. I've had the unit for over a month now and it has proven to be the most useful and efficient home appliance I've ever purchased. It easily connected to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi with no problems, by following the detailed instructions provided with the unit. With the ECOVACS application downloaded to my Android tablet, I'm able to program and check the status of my DEEBOT N79 remotely or use the unit's handy Remote Control, which conveniently rests on the Charging Dock. I was surprised by how thorough the DEEBOT N79 cleaned the whole house! We have two indoor cats living with us, so keeping the floors clean of cat hair was always a challenge, but no more with our terrific, super-cleaning robot. Expect to do some usual maintenance to the unit, such as emptying the Dust Bin and cleaning the High Efficiency Filter and Sponge Filter (follow the directions in the Instruction Manual). It's easy to do and keeps your DEEBOT N79 in tip-top shape. I'm extremely pleased with my cleaning robot and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

App is pretty user friendly and keeps track of when the filter/ brushes need to be replaced. We have a dog and hard wood floors and it keeps pet hairs and dust bunnies from accumulating.
